I’m not a fan of the British instructors either actually, I think I need the American enthusiasm lol

Delighted they’ve added the stack option within iPhone, makes it so much easier to plan what I want to do that week! Just need that pause button now because it breaks my heart if I need to take a call or answer the door 😂

I love reading this thread it motivates me to get on the bike -I love the bike but hearing other people talk about it it's great! I get the Leanne thing I wanted to like her rides because she has some amazing music-I enjoyed her Christmas one and spice girls one,but her vibe is more like the bikes the stage and she's not really doing the ride ,like say Tunde does, she gets in to the ride she sweats and breathes just as hard as I feel I am ,which is what I need,Leanne doesn't seem to break much sweat, she's a tiny person,I think she's show not fitness. I do bens climbs, all his climbs to be fair,I enjoyed Ben ,lately Sam yo i use he seems a calming influence a very genuine person-but every time I need my a kicked it's tunde/Olivia/and recently Robin-and always love Alex too -I am really hoping they bring out a rower,I don't know if they will, that would be amazing.

Anyone done any of Daniel mckennas strength workouts yet? I just did his upper body class from the 7th Sept and I can barely lift my arms now 😂 followed it with Kendalls latest metal ride and I have completely died and gone to hell

Yes I really like him!

I definitely prefer the Brits can’t do with the faux psychology you get from some some of the Americans. All my pbs have been with Sam and I always get shout outs for my big rides from him too-love him!

Hi guys, did you know that heavy driving requires high energy consumption. When riding a bicycle, about 400 kilocalories are burned per hour. Cardio training during outdoor cycling can improve ventilation and release toxins from the body. By the way, oxygen saturation of tissues contributes to the active breakdown of fats. Therefore, weight loss training is more effective than running. By the way, I recently looked at the peloton shoes review used by professional cyclists. These shoes allow you to feel reassured and increase your chances of success in cycling.

I’d love the tread! When we have more space it’s the first thing I’m buying. That and a summerhouse that I’ll use as my gym - one day 🤣 💸💸💸

Should have bought those shares....they’ve risen 35% since they dropped after the recall...still not close to their peak though but a nice rise for some people (not me I don’t have a clue when it comes to the stock market, too risk averse!)
The thing about shares is it's all very easy in hindsight to say when to buy and that you'd sell at the peak, very difficult to put it into action.

They've now fallen way below the recall low of about 83. Can't say I'm suprised. Super bubbly tech based company. They were around 86 last week but have gone down 45% in the last few days.

I don't think buying any shares would be a good idea! They were falling from the peak early this year before this all. I'm not convinced they will continue to grow much - they haven't successfully managed to go outside of the spinning niche and so many competitors have eaten away at that potential market.
I'd only buy shares in something where there's going to be long term gain. Not worth the risk of trying to pick bottoms and tops and their long term future has been uncertain.

They're releasing a kinect type device next year for $ 500 for strength workouts. Wonder how advanced it will be? Share price fell another 2%.

Not too fussed on this to be honest! I've got a mirror in my gym for working out and checking my form against - and I don't exactly need to see my sweaty face and rolls on my TV screen 😂
