I feel really sorry for her. She’s obviously aware she doesn’t have a bump because of her weight and is doing the cupping thing to try emphasise it. At her gestation there shouldn’t be any doubting it’s a bump and I think she probably knows that.
Do you not think its like a bump?? Looks like a normal (big) bump to me!

It’s a very emotive subject. I think we should move on.

My issue is how Lori seems to think her baby will fit it with her aesthetically pleasing ideas. She’s in for such a shock!
I’m so excited to see the beige dresses and beige shoes and complex outfits get shit on tbh

The holding bump photo, I get because it’s tracking pregnancy etc. But the stories photo is one I wouldn’t post to social media - she just doesn’t look happy in the slightest and I don’t get the point of it. I was really surprised she’s shared that.

Yes that’s true! I honestly blame Instagram stories coming in because we started to see more than pics of food and some people were annoying / rude etc and the whole gifted / ad and the sw elites!!

The views look horrid with that filter though lol
It’s to hide the really bad weather, it’s raining and black clouds over there..they are wearing jeans so not that warm either! Also why bother spending a fortune on Atlantis when you’re spending your days sightseeing and off the Palm? All for the gram isn’t it!!! Those photos of her in the airport....goodness she’s changed!

Has anyone ever considered the fact that may she has a hormonal imbalance or PCOS or something else that causes weight gain? Underactive thyroid, etc?

I went through such a dark period of my life just after I got married and we all went into lockdown. I piled on four stone even though I was eating sensibly and exercising. Went to the drs to be told I just needed to lose weight and it was lockdown's fault...

After months and months of telling them it wasn't, tracking calories, exercising, etc. I was eventually told the weight was still going on due to a hormone imbalance which I would never have known about and wasn't anything to do with how I ate. I'm currently ttc and although I have lost some of the four stone I'm heavier than I've ever been and in the overweight BMI category. I am now getting the medical help that I need, but had I not have constantly gone to the Drs I'd probably now be 6 stone heavier. I still worry about my weight and feel self conscious and people on this thread really don't help. Weight is so personal!

I feel really sad reading this thread bcus now it makes me think how people will view me if I do conceive yet the weight gain wasn't even my fault. I don't overeat and I exercise. There are always two sides to a story and we have no idea if she's been battling through something like this or not.

Being overweight has nothing to do with how you are as a parent. I'm overweight, but I'm still active. I'm still trying to be the healthiest I can be for my child and people need to realise that hormones and body types play a HUGE part in how we look physically on the outside, but doesn't mean we look like that on the inside.
You’re going to be a great parent x

If she wants to be that weight, then that's fine she needs to acknowledge and own it. No super posed pics trying to look like a size 14 when she's really a 20.

But it was only a few months ago she was going to the doctor because she knew she wasn't healthy. No doctor would of told her she was healthy at that weight. But she's done nothing about it 🤷‍♀️

Baaaaaaaaaa 🐑 god she is so dull and boring. I’ve followed her for years, her Instagram back in 2016/2017 is totally different. So much more personality - and colour
The Beige Phase amplified when she bought the house and started decorating.

I'm sorry but she looks awful. She isn't a healthy weight and 100% looks uncomfortable. She hasn't even brushed her hair an it looks like she hasn't washed her face either! The clothes look terrible, it's such a shame shes let herself go so much. Not necessarily in regards to weight either, you can still gain a few pounds and make an effort!
I agree!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 One thing that could be said for her was that she was stylish, now she looks like an unhealthy slob. I mean we are all having days like that right now, but we’re not posting it on the gram to show off a whipped coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tell the NHS that - it’s second centile. That’s small. 98% of babies are born bigger and she was overdue which should mean she was further up the centiles. Hate being right 🙄

Nope- doesn’t take account of parent’s height. It’s based on full term gestation. Prem babies aren’t measured the same way but her baby wasn’t prem- she was overdue.
anyway, glad I was right and the NHS doesn’t need an overhaul 😂
If it isn’t then why was I weighed a centimetre chart made and then weighed again and the chart changed?!?! Are you a midwife or obstetrician. If not FUCK OFF GILL

Am I a really shit Mum - or does anyone else not put “outfits together” for their kids? I just shop for & dress my two (better than myself mostly!) but that’s it. That’s as deep as it gets. Obvs I plan ahead for holidays etc but I don’t “style” them.
My 5 month old just wears whatever hasn’t been covered in sick that day 😂😂
