Oh wow - that is so important and brave. On a day that my friend has just had to cancel our day out tomorrow as she's literally just discovered that the husband of one of her very good friends has committed suicide. Not someone I know but a middle aged, family man, no money worries .... but clearly couldn't battle his own demons. Conversations from men like this are just SO important. Because neither of them come across as weak - just the opposite in fact. They are calm and in control of their emotions. Well done Josh and Joe, made me quite emosh.

He was recounting his tale of a cloned plate, and someone shouted ‘heard it on the podcast’ and so he goes something like, ‘well I’ll tell it again, without Rob Beckett interrupting me’…. And I must say, I think the reaction was much louder than he expected

He said it with a smirk, don’t think we’ve uncovered a secret rift, but the crowd cheering seemed to take him by surprise. He was great, get tickets if you can!

Yes I loved him live! There were a few stories I’d heard on the pod but it was fun to hear them in person!
That’s the problem when they’re all over though, you want everything they’re on, but of course it’s gonna be the same stories!?
I’ll watch someone I like, do all the promo for something and wonder why- I already know the jokes?!I saw both Rob and Josh in there separate shows last year and I liked joshes a lot more, although did find a few of his jokes were the same as the pod where as Rob’s I don’t think I’d heard before.
I much preferred Josh.
I think he flows better, and even the bits I’d heard were funnier.
Haven’t seen Josh, but I saw Rob last weekend - I actually really enjoyed it! He told stories the same kind of way he does on the podcast, but without having to interrupt Josh to tell them haha, but didn’t feel like there was much repeating of what he’s already told there. It was one of the afternoon shows and he actually brought his girls on stage dressed as giraffes, apparently they really wanted to do it, it was quite sweet!
On today’s episode, Josh mentioned that he’s not ‘Joshua’, but Josh. I was surprised as Rob calls him Joshua a lot. His Wikipedia says Joshua, he might want to get that changed!

Josh talking about his skiing trip is so funny. It reminded me of when I had to do Go Ape once as an adult

Today’s the first day I’ve felt like Rob had taken our/someone’s criticism on board and reined in the interruptions and put downs. I wonder if it being mentioned that Josh worked it into his show made it a reality for him that he couldn’t brush off as bants 
I think Rob was a bit put out that Josh actually enjoyed it.
