Listened to a recent one where Josh was debating moving his holiday and he said when he does go away he does nothing, no day trips or exploring. Maybe it's just me, but if you go on nice holidays, it's to experience culture and find things that only that particular country has. Totally appreciate that if he enjoys it, there's nothing wrong with staying in the hotel, but I would feel guilty that I've travelled to a country and not discovered it. Just me being very much jealous of the fact he has the time and finances to do all the things, but decides not to. Each to their own.

I guess he gets to have multiple trips a year so can afford to have one where he just flops on a sun lounger and kids much about in the pool and that’s it . He also gets to travel for work (less so than Rob I guess) and so experiences different cultures that way . It did surprise me to hear Josh say that though as out of the two of them , Rob strikes me as an all inclusive holiday man over Josh !

we only have one holiday abroad if that per year so we really try to do a mix of day trips and also pool and relax time (as our kids love the water!!) because it’s a novelty for us and we want to get the most out of being in a new place . But guess for them it’s not as big a deal as travel is more accessible ?

I just came on here to say the same thing! The title was faithful or traitor but they didn’t mention it once?
I wonder if they’ve got some editing issues because one episode Josh talks about his ski trip and then a few episodes later he’s talking about “when he goes on the ski trip”. It’s actually really annoying when you listen in order

The Faithful of Traitor ep was just clickbait as it was the first one to go out after the announcement - it does say in the episode notes for that ep but easily missed.

I think quite often the pod just doesn't go out in the order it's recorded in, hence today we have an episode recorded before Rob goes away for Traitors but we've already had a few weeks of him being back and talking Strictly with Josh.

I don't think there will be any major traitors chat on the pod due to spoilers until after the series starts now

Just a quick question, have you changed to watching rather than listening to the pod? It suits me to listen when I walk the dog, but now I feel like I’m missing out by not watching. Anyone else? Am I missing anything?

I'm a football fan and enjoy Parenting Hell so don't mind it, although I don't get the impression that either of them are particularly ardent football fans so it is a bit of an odd one.

I’ve deleted the guest ones from my downloaded list I can’t keep up! It used to be the one I always kept up to date with.

I never listen to the guest ones unless it’s someone I really like. I just don’t rate Josh and Rob (mainly Rob) as interviewers, they’re just not that much fun to listen to

I think having Rob and Rom both in there at the same time is a bit of a weird flex - I can’t see them agreeing to throw each other under the bus?

I mean, a lot of these people might have been asked but maybe they don’t want to talk about their family for a variety of reasons. I love both Helen Skelton and Bob Mortimer but Helen went through a pretty bad divorce while her youngest was still a baby and maybe doesn’t want to end up getting into all that. I googled and Bob doesn’t really talk about his kids

I have a soft spot for Jamie. He just seems like a sweet guy. I don't know loads about him but I like his podcast. Looking forward to this one.

Yeah, never watched MIC but whenever I see or hear him, he always comes across well but then the cynic in me thinks there must be something to turn me off him- there never is!?

Love how Josh wasn’t playing along for that Europa Ad that Rob had to fit in.
It really annoys me how much of a hypocrite he is.. he emailed them to get special hosting and openly admits he’ll post on socials in return, but if anyone tried to stop him for a photo he’d kick off!

Has he said that about photos ? If he’s with kids I understand it but a friend of mine met him in London recently and he gave him time took a photo chatted with him sounded nice to me
