Everything you’ve said is what we’ve said all along and could see a mile off that Evan is nothing but a self obsessed leach only looking after himself. Ryan seems like a lovely down to earth guy and I have no doubt this is a blessing for him. Good riddance to that wee rat face

Yes the one mistake was Ryan put him on the mortgage. But hasn’t paid anything. It was Ryan’s parents who helped to keep him happy.
