I kind of get it, I write lists for lists and find it cathartic. I’d only write things like that down if I had a packed day where I needed to plan things out logistically like an order of work with timings etc. or if I’m feeling so overwhelmed I need to switch a part of my brain off. But that’s with a load of stuff going on

Walked for 3 hours? Seriously? This one wants a serious reality check. Who has that kind of time when there’s a house to be run. Not to mention a quarter of the country still without power and water is she insane.
Got the thigh gap in shot this morning! All the walking is paying off.
Thought she'd cut out dairy there a while ago. Remember she started having bone broth for breakfast. That looks like butter with a scone (which also has butter). Bone broth was just to keep relevant. This girl has an eating disorder.
If she walked 3 hours, which I highly doubt she has a major issue.
Lucky she had the au pair and cleaner.

had the exact same thought, if you want to not have a second to think AT ALL get a job...and come home at like 6pm to 4 kids, homework, dinner and laundry, you'll save a tonne on therapy costs too
