Definitely venturing into eating disorder territory. Her whole life seems centered on the food she eats and getting her steps/training sessions in. She doesn’t seem like the type who can do things by halves, she’s all in or nothing, it’s massive sugary croissants or chicken stock, no inbetween. I think it’s unnecessary to share that you’ll only be drinking feckin stock of all things as breakfast from now on. Not to mention irresponsible. She has a lot of people who genuinely admire her and her lifestyle and will be curious as to how she managed to turn things around. She could easily keep this stuff to herself but then it’s an attention thing with her.

I have to comment here because it seems insane that her bed was fully made on a day she was planning on changing the sheets?! Why put yourself to this effort for instagram 😂

What’s worse is she tries to hide it and make herself out to be some superwoman
This is exactly the issue I have! The dishonesty! It all seems so calculated to make herself look amazing and undermine others. And to present it as achievable, desirable and the last word in happy, successful family life. So damaging, so toxic, the worst elements of social media in one smug package.

My thoughts exactly! If I’d made the bed like that I would have had to leave changing the sheets until the next day.

💯💯
And the smugness is off the charts

She is agitated about not getting steps yesterday…I’m sorry but that’s something else all together.

Nothing against being a SAHM in general but a job would do this one the world of good, even a few hours a week. She’s getting more obsessive and unhinged by the day.

Thought the same. She seems to be striving for perfection all the time and can’t deal with anything less

For someone who is in therapy she must surely realise the unhealthy obsession in achieving a number that is not bound by law only self imposed. It's not healthy.

Also I thought her coffee in her last reel looked weird and then i realised it wasn’t coffee at all, it was the chicken stock which she showed with a tiny bowl of fruit. Then in a story she’s had a run, 17k steps and an hour of weight training. Such irresponsible messaging.

Everything about her page is toxic. The normalising dangerous food and exercise habits, the grotesquely unrealistic DITL, the panic over not hitting 20,000 steps, then “ooh, therapy is so tough” to make any type of comment or criticism unacceptable. And why even post about the fact you are in therapy? It’s nothing to be ashamed of, loads of people are or have been in therapy, but it’s not a flex. Vile woman, playing in others insecurities to justify her own, frankly loopy, behaviour.

That DITL gave me the rage! So unrealistic! I can imagine if I was down I would see that and wonder why I can’t do the same, spotless house, calm kids, perfect food etc. No honesty and no integrity, just boosting her own ego.

Exactly this Pandakitten! Take a step away from yourself Orlaith and get some perspective!

any ideas on what 'trauma' she had?
I would assume her child’s illness, which is heartbreaking and she has my sympathy. I cannot imagine how awful it would be.

She’s still an utter twit though.

I listened to a podcast Orlaith featured in for Childhood Cancer Awarness Month about two years ago. It was desperate, compared to the other contributors that featured she did not come across well. I’d say she’s hard work.

She reeks of D4 privilege. Sahm, weekly therapy that can't be cheap, let's on she scrimps and saves
