Changing to bone broth is one (unbelievably stupid) thing but sharing it on her sizeable platform is another. And she has the audacity to claim that she’s a healthcare professional.

Basically flavoured water for breakfast? While on a weight training programme? Ridiculous is not the word

Dear Lord. So the only no dairy breakfast is bone broth. What about using plant based alternatives? Such an attention seeker
Yes exactly. How would it be your 1st choice if you don't want dairy? Soy/coconut alternative with your fruit. Or a multitude of other options. Leftover stock for breakfast is just bizarre! What would that have like 30 calories? Terrible to be sharing that.

That’s probably the most bizarre and disgusting thing I could think of for my breakfast. And also dangerously low in any nutrients if that’s all she is eating.

Leaving the v poor nutritional value aside, I’d gag if I have to have that for breakfast. Even the smell of it would make me sick. Anything for attention.

More attention seeking with the 20k steps per day and on her "rest" day she only gets 10k. Jesus Christ. Hope the bone broth keeps her going 💀

I can not understand why she needs to promote her 20k steps a day. She’s in an enviable position that she has so much time on her hands that she can manage this amount of steps. I work outdoors so manage a good few steps a day but 20k still takes a significant amount of time. But why does she need to tell the world ?

There is something lacking in her life/personality that she wants affirmation from people. Like a child doing a party piece looking for a clap. I thought she was going to therapy?

Genuine question, but does she have some type of eating disorder or major body image issues? A run, 20,000 steps and an hour of strength training in a day with only broth for breakfast? Does she eat a huge protein filled lunch? I workout most days and get 10,000 steps in but wouldn’t do all three, and make sure I eat enough to fuel my body. I have also had 4 kids and have lived with an eating disorder for most of my life so am hyper aware of it in others. I find her content around this very worrying and potentially damaging for others.

I didn’t realise how “big” she’d gotten until she shared the reels on how she looked 2 years ago. Still, 2 years ago she was posting all her outdoor activity, her home made food and snacks etc. yet she was still, seemingly, unhealthy and didn’t show anything that lead to the weight gain bar the daily pastry. I just don’t trust anyone online, they’ll only ever show the excessively “good” things and seek out constant validation or the need to come across as superior to other.

Definitely venturing into eating disorder territory. Her whole life seems centered on the food she eats and getting her steps/training sessions in. She doesn’t seem like the type who can do things by halves, she’s all in or nothing, it’s massive sugary croissants or chicken stock, no inbetween. I think it’s unnecessary to share that you’ll only be drinking feckin stock of all things as breakfast from now on. Not to mention irresponsible. She has a lot of people who genuinely admire her and her lifestyle and will be curious as to how she managed to turn things around. She could easily keep this stuff to herself but then it’s an attention thing with her.

@Pandakitten, you’ve articulated what I have been thinking so well! She sells this aspirational lifestyle, showing how calm and together and generally sorted she is. That then normalises this frankly disturbing attitude to food and exercise and sends out the message that this is what you need to do to have that life, that it’s so healthy and something to strive for. And not only that but achievable and you are failing if you can’t do it too, completely omitting the fact that she has huge amount of help each day. I used to think she was a bit of a fool with her fake life but now I think she is downright toxic and dangerous.

She was always toxic and controlling. She is such a bad influence, portraying a perfect home, food, children, life. When the reality is a cleaner twice a week, near mortgage free, an au pair, family who help.
Her new fit body obsession has just replaced her old body positive movement one.
