Is that not just like chicken stockBone broth for breakfast instead of fruit and Yogurt? Sorry what?
Dear Lord. So the only no dairy breakfast is bone broth. What about using plant based alternatives? Such an attention seekerBone broth for breakfast instead of fruit and Yogurt? Sorry what?
Not the sharpest knife in the drawer our OrlaithBasically flavoured water for breakfast? While on a weight training programme? Ridiculous is not the word
Yes exactly. How would it be your 1st choice if you don't want dairy? Soy/coconut alternative with your fruit. Or a multitude of other options. Leftover stock for breakfast is just bizarre! What would that have like 30 calories? Terrible to be sharing that.Dear Lord. So the only no dairy breakfast is bone broth. What about using plant based alternatives? Such an attention seeker
She certain doesn’t look like she’s walking that muchMore attention seeking with the 20k steps per day and on her "rest" day she only gets 10k. Jesus Christ. Hope the bone broth keeps her going![]()
There is something lacking in her life/personality that she wants affirmation from people. Like a child doing a party piece looking for a clap. I thought she was going to therapy?I can not understand why she needs to promote her 20k steps a day. She’s in an enviable position that she has so much time on her hands that she can manage this amount of steps. I work outdoors so manage a good few steps a day but 20k still takes a significant amount of time. But why does she need to tell the world ?
I didn’t realise how “big” she’d gotten until she shared the reels on how she looked 2 years ago. Still, 2 years ago she was posting all her outdoor activity, her home made food and snacks etc. yet she was still, seemingly, unhealthy and didn’t show anything that lead to the weight gain bar the daily pastry. I just don’t trust anyone online, they’ll only ever show the excessively “good” things and seek out constant validation or the need to come across as superior to other.Genuine question, but does she have some type of eating disorder or major body image issues? A run, 20,000 steps and an hour of strength training in a day with only broth for breakfast? Does she eat a huge protein filled lunch? I workout most days and get 10,000 steps in but wouldn’t do all three, and make sure I eat enough to fuel my body. I have also had 4 kids and have lived with an eating disorder for most of my life so am hyper aware of it in others. I find her content around this very worrying and potentially damaging for others.
