I personally think the issue with Olivia changing and Flossie even more so is that they are constantly surrounded by influencers. It reminds me of that saying about being the product of the 6 people you spend most time with (or something to that effect). When you spend all your time with superficial, narcissistic people who live their life in front of a camera you're going to eventually lose all relatability and personality. It's a bit sad but it's true I think.. they would do well to surround themselves with "normal" people as well.

Flossie is always airing out Olivia’s business. She’s the one that ratted out Olivia and Harvey in the first place because she’s extremely entitled and jealous.
she’s that friend who tells your most embarrassing story to a bunch of mate or boys to make her seem cooler than olivia or something like that
It’s funny because without Olivia, Flossie would be irrelevant by now. She’s as dull as dishwater on her own. She probably thinks that by putting Olivia down she’s making herself look better when in fact she’s just showing how much of a cold hearted cow she really is. It says a lot that Olivia is still close with a lot of her hometown friends like Elise, whereas Flossie isn’t.
