I think her BMI is quite low and my belief she's had an eating disorder before, and with most people losing a lot of weight whilst on the show, I don't think itv could take the risk of her being relapsing or be coming dangerously underweight.

Once they did a full medical and got her mental/physical health history maybe everything just became to dangerous
