Was just reading an article that a spokesperson for TM said artists set the price with the option of having the dynamic pricing. So yes it’s Oasis fault, but it’s also TM fault for even having it as an option

My understanding of how it works is
Waiting room- just a holding for everyone, no queue or order at all.
Queue- everyone from waiting room is randomly assigned a number.
Once the sale starts there’s no longer a waiting room, so then as people join the queue it is on a first come first served basis joined at the end of the queue.
If more dates are added it’s probably best to get on the website early and keep refreshing until the waiting room is open. There’s only so many spaces in the waiting room which is based on how much traffic the server can take. That’s why there was also a queue to get into the website- that queue is also first come first served.
So in a nutshell get on there early

I've seen people say they are signed up for the mailing list (for a long time) and.not get the loyal fan email so seems randomly given to people that are signed up?.I'm subscribed to the email lists for both Oasis and Liam, the presale ballot email from Oasis said I was a loyal fan and would automatically be selected, the one from Liam didn't! So I guess I've been identified as more loyal to Oasis than Liam, even though I only saw Oasis live once and I've seen Liam solo four times

Don't give up hope - I have just left the queue going on my laptop and phone all day whilst Ive done other things and literally 5 mins ago managed to get seats for Wembley. Paid over the odds but it is what it is. Still paid less than it is to stand. Shame on Ticketmaster for the dynamic pricing, it shouldn't be allowed. Keep trying and see your places in the queue. 
Edit to add - it also said I had to rejoin the queue when it got to my place but I refreshed as there was nothing to lose and it took me through. Might not work for everyone.

I don't see why , it's not likely many if any will be sold on there, even people decide they don't want them for whatever reason its likely they will have a friend or family member who would buy them

Mine is saying tickets are still available for all dates now, so at least that’s something.

Everyone including me apart from one person I know in real life are going the same day next weekend. Worked well as one person arranged a coach so we are going on that. If ant wait now even if it says it's meant to be raining

Exactly this. I queued for Edinburgh and didn’t get tickets, but now have an entry in the ballot for tickets for Wembley extra dates. My sister lives there, so I’ll try for her. But all that’s going to happen is people who get a code will buy them as they know they can sell on for loads.
They should have only given ballot spaces to people who queued for Wembley first time round I think. But get that others will disagree as will be happy to travel. Hard to please everyone!

general sale was just after payday but I haven't budgeted for them this time

So gutted, I was away on holiday so didn’t realise for the first ballot, queued for hours on ticketmaster with no luck and now no code for the ballot. So sad
