Can anyone reccomend somewhere to stay out of Manchester that's still a reasonable uber or other transport to Heaton Park? Me and my friend have left it ridiculously late but haven't really had a chance too meet up or discuss it. We were thinking maybe Bolton or something
We are going to park in the city and risk a tram

We entered but haven’t heard anything back yet? Did they say when they’d let people know?
No I forgot to look/enter I saw about it whilst I was working then forgot and didn't realise it was such a short time to enter so I don't know anything about it
Did anyone get front standing? I didn't apply but would've done it I read it sooner. I've seen people say something if their group git it but not all so does that mean they are splitting up groups of tickets between areas?

I saw someone say at a previous event they went to where they did the same there was loads of room in the front section and everyone behind was squished. Although probably just people pushing up in the normal section causing it

As long as importance of being idle and half the world away is played then im happy! HTWA was the first Oasis so I heard apart from DLBIA (from my aunts tape collection) that I loved and IOBI came I remember being on top of the pops and loving the video so all good memories. Im going solo on 5th (bristol hotel for 2 nights at £290 in total so a bargain, national express coach for the concert booked too) cant bloody wait!

I was lucky enough to get tickets for heaton park on the 11th July, also fell lucky to get a premier inn for £60!
The premier inn is in Prestwich and looking at google maps it isn’t too far away from heaton park (40 minute walk it says) but I can’t work out if it’s walkable or if we would need to get a taxi there and if they will close the roads off nearby. Thank you so much in advance. I am so excited now!!

Oasis night on BBC2 tonight
I'm watching it now and getting so excited. They are the one band I always wanted to see but never thought I'd see. Surprised I got tickets after I got kicked out with Ticketmaster issuesUsually lurk on here but the oasis night on bbc2 is hyping me up for heaton parkthe one band I always wanted to see but never managed to (couldve gone to Loch Lomond with my cousins but long Story) tempted to go full on adidas and a bucket hat for old times sake
