probably not but I will say he has done quite well with his podcast. Some terrible choices at the start when he was trying to get his name out there. However, he has had some others on that I have enjoyed listening to.
I really like his podcast and it’s got pretty popular which mean his quality of guests has got better too.
I wasn’t a fan of him on The Edge but he’s definitely grown on me now

Katie's surrogate has now shared the birth story.. baby was breech and had some issues but not as dramatic as Katie of course made it out to be. 😆
I thought the same thing.. she was 5 days before an elective c-section, breech but again.. plan was c-section anyway so it didnt really differ things. I also LOLed a little at "she was a 37 weeker" ... shes hardly prem prem. Few more days and she would of been deemed fullterm!

I feel like Katie is a hypochondriac and definitley milked that situation.. watch this become the hardest, sickly little bub ever. Which she wont be. But in Katies brain she will

Yeap, 37 weeks is definitely full term and she was a midwife and knows that. Her life is all about drama. Also, please correct if wrong, but wouldn’t they have known the baby was breech? Did it turn last minute?

What about Doms inappropriate sexual behaviour? Has everyone forgotten about that?
Shall never forget. Shall never listen. It’s actually really easy to stop following these clowns when the truth is revealed about them. People can change, sure, but when it comes to sexual misconduct, associating with known sexual violence offenders (ahem Pepper & Me) Simone and her charity fraud, all of the lousy things these people do, it’s a no brainer. I spend a lot of time in the grey, but that’s something VERY black & white to me.

I asked Chat GPT. Here's their response. If others can fill in gaps, also interested to know

Dom Harvey, a long-time New Zealand radio host, has been involved in several high-profile controversies throughout his career at The Edge
  • **X Factor Tweet (2013): He faced severe backlash for a joke connecting an eliminated X Factor NZ contestant to a child grape scene from the film Once Were Warriors
  • Photo Controversy (2015): Dancing with the Stars contestant Chrystal Chenery called for his dismissal after he posted a screen-grab of her underwear during a dance lift
  • Social Media Misconduct: In 2013, he apologized for sending an inappropriate "fool pic" to Paralympic swimmer Sophie Pascoe, claiming it was intended for a producer with the same name.
  • MediaWorks Review (2021): While not named as a perpetrator, his 2021 resignation coincided with an independent review into "boys' club" culture and sexual misconduct at MediaWorks. Public speculation linked him to some of the cultural issues described, though no formal allegations of assault were made public.

There was quite a high profile complaint from that Mediaworks boys club issue that centred around a young woman (like, high teenage years or eeeeearly 20s from memory) who went to a semi-closed Mediaworks concert (like one of those special ones that you can only win tickets to, with all the staff there too) and she got very drunk, and found out later that a 'popular DJ' had sex with her publicly in front of a bunch of other people at the concert, like, all the male staff saw it happening and were high fiving the guy about it.

The popular DJ is speculated to be Dom.
