Seriously tho just been diagnosed but not with typical symptoms just nausea, band headache and light hurts eyes. Three bleeping days and codeine didn't touch it.

Funnily enough I know a lot of migraine sufferers swear by an ice cold coke or coke no sug after an attack (not during!!) and some salty food, migraines must mess around with your salts or maybe it’s a dehydration thing? I hope you feel better soon. Rizamelt is great stuff but sometimes you need to take a second one, always nap after to help it work. Codeine can also be really good, also naproxen if your muscles are locking up. If you start spewing then doctors can give IV and anti nausea, and they can deal you the good stuff for pain x

Codeine did nothing yesterday but rizamelt helped. I have ondanaetron in board for nausea xx
