Placing bets on Edna and Reid’s baby name. I’m picking it’s going to be called Cash. Bets anyone?
“Guys we wanted to give him a super special name, paying homage to my native language!
Introducing ‘Ongereif Swart Stephen!’”

Anyone else finding they (influencers) are all getting stale and boring? They are all changing direction with content or not sure where their place is. Lots of copied reels same old boring stuff.

How does Sera Lilly sell anything? Her clothes are so ugly. Thinking about shopping in her store makes me think of playing dress up in Mum’s wardrobe back in the 90s when people had to sew their own maternity clothes.

They, whoever they are, recommend expressing colostrum from 36 weeks, certainly didn’t do it in my day, you simply popped the baby out and fed them
In my day we just smoked a pack of durries and chucked them on a bottle. Whats the world come to with all thei pc breastfeeding nonsense

back to bed you go, no devices, no tv, if you’re sick enough to be off school then bed is where you will stay
Mum, is that you? 😂 Didn’t know you had a Tattle account!
Those were her exact! words every time I was sick. But yes totally agree!

Danni Duncan has been so depressed this whole trip, it’s been awful to watch. She’s on holiday and the weather is awful which has unfortunately contributed to the overall vibe of her content. I find it so ridiculous her husband never goes on their family trips, clearly he’s stuck in a job that has no flexibility unlike Danni’s job where she can just quit whenever it becomes an inconvenience 😂

And her branding has changed AGAIN because she has the sticking power of a piece of hairy blu-tack.
I just took a look at her page for the first time in a while. She doesn't know whether she's coming or going, huh? "Anyone else in their happy solo girl travel era?" sandwiched in between "looking for other childfree girlies to go travelling with so I don't have to set up a tripod to take travel photos alone" and "finding friends to travel with as you get older can be really difficult." Alongside the standard wah-wah, another brand has pulled the pin on working with me because they didn't like the childfree angle ... referencing "as a mum I," "as a teacher I", "as an artist I" so why can't it be "as a childfree person I...?"

Because childfree on its own is not a thing. Brands are looking for marketing power. The teacher and artist can also be childfree - it's being a teacher or artist that is their point of difference. She's SO far into this childfree 'niche' and still has no point of difference beyond the absence of children. I follow a load of childfree women; my interest in their content isn't that they don't have kids - it's what they do with their childfree life. Sport, art, travel (that they don't spend the whole trip bitching about), craft, career, hobbies ... etc. They've all got a lot more on the go than a cat and a bad wardrobe.

Also, honey, most women in their thirties do have friends to go travelling with. Having to beg for this online is unique to you, not the norm. Trips may happen less but that's not just because everyone's having kids. That can be a factor, but I'd say it's more about aligning timing around work requirements, sports, other events, and um, possibly the cost of living crisis? Not to mention peoples' priorities organically shift in their thirties. Lots would rather save to buy a home than fork out thousands to take your travel photos for you. Soz.

LFYads story this morning about Frankie being late for school 🙄

So Frankie takes himself over to Glammy and Pokkas this morning and didn't come back till 8.05am when they need to be at the bus stop at 8.15am. Christian loses it and yells "where have you been?". Like wtf, how can you not know where your 6yr old is at that time of the morning??!?!!

Maybe if you had an ounce of discipline you could control him??? 🙄

Then Frankie proceeds to run himself a bath instead of getting ready. Seriously, do you never watch what this kid is doing???!!

Fckn hopeless......

That breakfast Maria is feeding them is even worse than the dinner. Which is saying something.
I just came to say this.
A cut up banana in front of Chloe.
SHE IS TWELVE! OFF TO HIGH SCHOOL NEXT YEAR!!!
Kinda hope she's kid that gets a drongo boyfriend, wears major eye-liner, hikes up her skirt, vapes in the toilet... tells the teacher to fuck off. That would make my year. Maria's head would explode!

Makes me giggle that Edna seems to think he baby is coming early .. like 35 weeks. Sure some babies come early but yeah. Probably not haha. I will say damn that last month feels like 1 year. She doesn’t seem to be wearing heels anymore since gloating about everything’s fine and HEELS TILL THE END BABES 🥲🤣
Hope she goes 13 days overdue

D1 position, I’ve had a shite load of kids, never heard of D1 position. If baby is still really active I don’t imagine she’ll have him tonight as generally they slow down when you go into labour. And as for only taking 2 weeks off, I find that really sad, 2 weeks you’ve not even begun to get to grips with being a mother, those first weeks and months are so precious, you never get them back 😞
I think when baby gets here she’s going to realise that 2 weeks isn’t realistic and will need to reevaluate that decision.
2 weeks after birth you’re still bleeding, your hormones are still balancing, baby is still learning to feed (breast or boob), you’re still finding your feet, you’re still learning how to be a mum and your baby is learning how to live outside the womb.
2 weeks off work is something that someone who has never had kids thinks is doable.
