That's the word! She's a very sanctimonious person. Another thing that turned me off her insta.
Chloe has never been to a march. Period. She’s too busy reading books and dumping her kid somewhereSurprise surprise! She has a sick child and can't make it to the march. But we get a lecture on how important it is to go and support Palestinian people. Thanks for telling us that from your self-made throne, Fancy Arse. Her brain twin Tired Mammy is also explaining herself on her stories while also saying how important the march is. Thanks girls. Jaysus, if we didn't have you as our leaders, we'd be walking around aimlessly in life.
Ah you're right. I remember now. It was the type of cancer she kept quiet. I assumed cervical at the time as she had mentioned in her stories shortly before that that she was going to her smear. Pure speculation on my part, but that's what happens when you tell but don't tell. She had a big post about being diagnosed with cancer on top of an autoimmune issue. She never named the cancer and that's what I thought was problematic.
Yeah some of the authors she recommends literally cannot writeThat really annoys me about her, when she comes on saying something and then going on about how don't dare message herI do like her insta though mostly however I feel she's a bit dishonest when it comes to reviewing books by Irish authors. I got a book on borrow box that she recommended and she said she couldn't leave it down, it was absolute tripe.
Yeah, I definitely think there's been some kind of agreement between them to boost Tired Mammy's account. I could totally see the change. They go to all those book events together too, I've seen them on their stories. I'm in Dublin and would be interested in some of the events authors share, but jaysus I'd be nearly avoiding them knowing those two would be at the front using it for content! It's a pity because Tired Mammy's content was so much better before it was all about pushing her book club as a brand and aligning with Fancy Pants. I know someone who is still interested in the book club but they don't seem to get any access to the online meeting any more. It does seem like a very cliquey space, and I get the impression the two of them think they run the show!Totally agree with all of this!! Ridiculous that she's posted another waiting room story today. This 'don't dare DM me about it' attitude is so disrespectful to her followers, many of who have loyally followed her for years and are probably genuinely worried about her health issues. She could so easily have chosen to say nothing and noone would have known about her cancer. And it's not new behaviour either. Doesn't she have some other, longterm (immune?) health issue too? The reason why she was originally on a career break, I think. She's been ordering people for years not to dare ask her what condition she has.
I know what you mean about her and that Tired Mammy one too. I think this is what made me give up watching Fancy Pants daily, after following her for years. They come across so cliquey and kinda above everyone else, and added to the undeclared ads, it became unwatchable for me. She used to be one of the few genuine Insta people, who didn't seem to be in it for the freebies, but that's all changed now.
She always seems to be sick during the week too convenientlyDoes it bug anyone else that she never, ever, labels any free books or other things she gets sent for free as #ad? She's so privileged she can't be bothered to label her ads. I just think honesty is SO important and shows respect for your followers.
Also they seem to always be sick.
