I kept waiting for the punch line. It sounded like a long joke.
All I get from that story is; some people pulled up to him in a car and then he decided to drive dangerously around King's Norton - risking innocent road user's cars and potentially lives, for absolutely no reason.
If he drove in the pavements in Cotteridge/kings Norton he should expect a knock on the door himself from the police those areas are covered in cctv and he will get done for dangerous driving
