AliExpress is Chinese factories selling their products in small quantities, Alibaba is what people use when they buy in bulk and private label their stuff to make it their own products. Shein is a clothing retailer like boohoo, PLT etc. So basically DDCTD are buying their stock from SHEIN, cutting the labels off and printing their own labels on to the clothing
and what? Its ultimately coming for the same manufacturer. If that was the case and they bougjt from shein, they are actually making less profit than if they were getting them directly from alibaba. Its not like they are stealing used clothes.

If i was stupid enough to buy chinese tat I would be more raging at the influencer fakes who are promoting it as the best brand ever!

That’s what I’m trying to say 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 AliExpress & Alibaba supply businesses, SHEIN is a retailer who buy their stock off these Chinese websites and private label it with their own brand name. DDCTD has been caught buying off the retailer (SHEIN) and cutting their labels off and making the products their own. If they were buying it off AliExpress or Alibaba it would be different because they are coming directly from the Chinese suppliers/factories

What difference does it make to the consumer? None.

I actually think it is illegal in some form depending on Shein contractual policies and what legalities they have around their products they are selling. Similar if I was to go to Topshop or River island and buy products and cut the labels off and re-sell with my own label. I would be under scrutiny from the two companies and could go to court or even be sued dependent on what the two companies legal policies are.
I think it is a different case if you buy it and alter like cut or make changes to the product and resell it may not be copyright but not sure.
Google it is is actually quite interesting to read. They may have something set up with shein where they are buying wholesale amounts and are aloud to relabel as that is all they are doing, if not and they are just buying it and relabelling without discussion it could actually be illegal.

Does anyone have recommendations of a reputable business for botox?

About £25 out of pocket. Imagine buying clothes from river island and putting your own label on them pretending it was your own brand
Exactly, unless she has an agreement with Shein that they are aware she buys in large batches and resells with her label etc not sure how it works. But regardless it depends who you are talking to if it’s ok? Some see it as no problem and don’t mind paying the extra £25 for her label DDTCD or whatever on the shein leggings but obviously bothers others and they’d want to know what they’re buying and exactly what they’re paying for. I think when a lot of people are aware of certain companies doing this it puts them off purchasing anything off them - for example I wouldn’t purchase again just due to the fact they haven’t been clear to the consumer but I would happily buy of shein for fraction of the price and wait the extra few days to receive. Did someone say she is going to come on and explain designs etc? She’s just digging a deeper hole for herself. Also did the owner make the person who put the post up take it down? Find that very strange to.

The consumer would of still spent the money regardless. What if i buy a load of primark tshirts and have a funny slogan printed on them and sell them at a higher price. Its the same thing.

So let me get this straight. You would be fine if the DDCTD leggings were bought from the manufacturer lets call it “China Legs” but because she bought the leggings from SHEIN, who originally bought the leggings from “China Legs” ur raging?

It's called scamming ppl.
It is not. If anything shes scamming herself as she would of got them cheaper from the wholesaler!!

Of course it is! It's the same as Lendrum telling us she's been "working hard on the formula for the past year" for her brow gel, when really someone else made it and she's slapped her name on it.
Anyway maybe you want to go on the NI Influencers fan page cause you're defending them on here and thats not what this thread is.

Are you serious 😂😂 please go and educate yourself on this because you clearly don’t have a clue about what you’re talking about. If you are buying stock directly from a supplier/factory that’s fair enough, you cannot buy stuff from a RETAILER and cut the labels off and make it your own brand, selling it for about 3x the price as the retailer you bought it off.

I am not defending them at all. Like my original post said, the influencers who promote this tit to impressionable young people are more to blame for girls buying the cheap tit in the first place.

Educate myself on what you balloon, show me the legislation.

What about the small businesses who buy a load of chocolate from tesco and make up hampers to sell at an inflated price, are they scamming people because they didnt buy the stock from cadburys? Wise up.

Well you’ve just proved you haven’t got a clue what you’re talking about 🤣 if someone buys chocolate from Tesco and keeps the cadburys wrappers on and puts them into a hamper that’s completely fine. If they take the packaging off and put their own brands packaging on, that’s a completely different story.

When I read about it my first thought was surely that’s illegal. Tbh I don’t blame people for being annoyed. If I’d spent £40 odd on leggings and could get the same exact ones off shein for £10-£15. It is scamming people imo your just slapping your own label on another company’s items and let’s be real their label isn’t that unique either it’s a few basic ass letters.

Each to their own but me as a consumer would rather go to the retailer shein and purchase the clothes there if I had known that’s what she was doing. It’s all about being clear with the people that is purchasing of her. She lets on she built that company from the ground up when she essentially stuck her name on someone else’s product and flogged it off as somewhat a higher end product when it isn’t. Knowing what people know now they can go direct to the original retailer and there is nothing wrong with that. Don’t take such offence we as consumers are aloud to have an opinion and make a decision to purchase off shein knowing what we know now. Also others will continue to purchase but she could at least come clean and let them know where they are purchasing off and allow consumers to make an informed decision.

Exactly and people are now aware and can make their own informed decision and save themselves a bit of money in this current climate!

I totally understand that but there is no way all these girls were so naive to think that these werent just bought from china. Whether it be a chinese factory or SHEIN. SHEIN is not a designer they are simply just doing the same as her and sticking their label on a item that even me and you can buy directly from the chinese factory.

Like I originally said, the problem lies with all these influencers who make young girls feel like they need to buy this tit to be like them.

NINAT It sounds a bit like you either do this or you've done something similar, otherwise why is it so hard to accept what we're telling you?

So she got this gifted to her after "enquiring" about buying it, translation she was being a Beggy Mitchell and said she would post it to her mostly bought followers.....anyway she thinks it's definitely worth it for others to buy with their hard earned money when she got her for free. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
