If the baby was removed as soon as it was born and deemed fit to leave hospital there will have been a pre birth risk assessment carried out by SS including input from GP, midwife etc. These things are never done lightly and I’d say she’ll never get the baby back. She’ll probably keep having kids in the Hope she’ll eventually be allowed to keep one. I’ve seen it a couple of times
