Yes, the endless missing cats
I'm in another country where the equivalent is a site called "Neighbourly" -- and the content is much the same as what's been posted here! It gets very tiresome ... just endless complaints about everything and loads of bludging ("Does anyone have a near new King-sized mattress and 60" smart TV they're not using that my poor parents who lost everything in a flood and weren't insured, could have for free?"). (Sympathy for them losing everything, but why did they not have insurance?!).
I live in an apartment complex that has a FB community page which used to be great, but just in the past year or so serial whiners have moved in and seem to post daily looking for things to be outraged about. One of the pools has been emptied for maintenance - there is still another one that people can use - the reasons for this needing to happen at this time are very clear, yet people start whining and asking if they'll get some of their body corporate fees refunded as a result. The communal gardens have also come under the spotlight recently, with some complaining there isn't enough colour. I'm just waiting for someone to complain about the noise of tennis balls being bounced!
They used real paint and not a chalk one?!The dog poo drama in the local Facebook group by my mums really escalated. Someone was taking it upon themselves to spray paint bright Orange circles around the dog poo to ‘shame’ the owners but it made the place look even worseCue 100’s of comments of people kicking off
