Just caught up on the end of this. Loved the concept but it felt like they’d picked who was winning/would be in the final in the first episode.
Paul Ainsworth was better suited to Great British Menu too. He gave the best help and advice but it felt he was trying to hard to be Americanised like Gordon and Nayesha despite this being NLC UK

Just seen this show has been axed, I think it's a shame I enjoyed it.
Although I have now just discovered that their is an USA version on itvx. Gonna give that a try.
