Ohhh she’s proper trying to milk this operation, i understand she’s had reconstructive surgery and not just a straight forward breast augmentation but I was back at work after 2 days of my surgery. It’s uncomfortable but it isn’t as bad as she’s making out

So she bought herself a giant cake to celebrate a parternship with a brand...they didn't send it to her??? And are people not sick about her banging on about estrid ffs...what's she getting out of this partnership like clearly she doesn't use the razors and even if she did it's like £9 a month so it's hardly something amazing she's being constantly gifted for free (and she's not benefiting from promoting it if she doesn't even use them) are they paying her as well or what?

I rarely post, but long time lurker here. WHY is she walking the streets in horrific tacky underwear?! If I was walking past with my toddler (or my Nan!) I’d be so offended. So tacky
Those stories were so embarrassing. She’s had a pre-planned, fairly routine surgery to her upper abdomen. My 90 year old grandmother had a surgery after a broken hip (like other tattlers here). To anyone who isn’t aware - hip replacements/hip fractures are among the most difficult surgeries/recoveries. If you ever see a human pelvis (especially a female one) it’s angled, they are different shapes and this makes it incredibly difficult to line back up and get it to heal properly. And then of course it’s at the centre of our core, our hips are used for most movements even when sitting down. So it’s incredibly difficult to recover from, notoriously painful and among the older population can be fatal because of the long recovery. My 90 year old grandma didn’t behave the way Nelly did. She didn’t shuffle along a week after, didn’t constantly complain. She was enthusiastic about her recovery. She was in incredible pain but was grateful to have received treatment, grateful for the support she was getting. She understood that she needed to focus on the positives and progress to make a good recovery. She knew she needed to take responsibility for herself and her own recovery.
I’m not saying Nelly should just shut up and suck it up. I’ve no doubt it was painful surgery and she’s still sore. but it’s so disingenuous and pathetic. She’s completely infantilising herself for sympathy and content. To make herself remotely interesting. It’s not at all inspiring or likeable.
Nelly: “I really value independence and that’s why I was funny about sharing a bedroom/buying a house with my boyfriend”
Also Nelly: “I cried when I went outside and had to be picked up”

I’m glad I found this thread. I’ve followed ‘Nelly’ for a few years now.
First of all what is going on with her name… if she was as honest and wholesome as she makes out, angels, why would you even bother lying about that not being your name?! If she isn’t comfortable using her real name, just say that!
Second: I have a real issue with her preaching body positivity. Obviously I’m not disputing any issues she has within herself, that’s her jam and not for me to comment on. BUT I feel she does not ever acknowledge the privileges she has, it’s all well and good being ‘body positive’ when you have a body that is, generally speaking, a body that people are positive about and accepting of.

I don’t know how Helena has the stomach to read the comments under the latest vid, when they praise her “transparency”, agreeing never to “trust what you see online” how “misleading” photoshopping is.
is it as misleading as say, bare faced lying about your name? How are you any differently, ultimately Helena? They bend the truth to sell a product and so do you.
I don’t know how you can post this video and talk about how photoshopping isn’t “real” when you are every bit as unauthentic. At least with those type of insta huns you know what you’re getting. When I buy a glossy magazine with editorial spreads, I know they use photoshop. But you pretend to be relatable and honest and soooo far above it all. You’re campaigning for a better world right? But you’re not, you’re a different version of the same evil, the same hypocrisy. And worst of all, you do it for clout and money.

In her vlog from the last week she said her op is next Thursday and how she would be on her heaviest day of her period.
I can’t remember if the moo’ing period cramp videos she said she had her period nowbut if she did that would mean her period would be atleast a week long with her heaviest day being near the end of her flow. Maybe I’m mistaken but my heaviest flow days are nearer to the beginning not the end of my period. I’m probably nit picking but I can’t stand the lies old Helena tells and expects people to believe
