I know of someone who has called their little boy..... Boi. So so cruel to do that imo. Imagine him running off in Lidl and then screeching "Boi, come here" just terrible. They've set him up for a lifetime of bullying
I just pissed myself laughing at this 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

I know sisters called Emma and Gemma.

And a sister/brother called Andrew and Andrea.

Also a set of siblings we called the Victorian kids because all their names were so 19th century - from memory it was Bertie, Millie, Algie, and another one whose name I've forgotten. Probably something like Maudie 😳

I knew someone who worked with a chap called Neil Downe. Did his parents just not think? I mean, Neil's not the best name - but when your surname is Down(e)? Really?!

I know someone who called their son Benyamin. Confined to a life of explaining “no, no, it’s not Benjamin, it’s Benyamin, yes said exactly like Benjamin but with a Y not a J”. He’s recently named a block of flats after his son and it would piss me off no end if I lived there and had to have the same conversation every time I gave my address.
That’s the actual original spelling of the name though, in Hebrew.

I hate that the name Ronnie is becoming so popular. Reminds me of a pervy uncle, or the Kray twins.

I went to school with a girl called Caledonia
Had a taxi driver who took great pride in telling us that his daughter is called Khaleesi and there was a story about her in the Daily Mail. I dread to think what the comments on that article were like 🙈 also heard of a girl called Pocahontas
The newest member of my family is called Otto. I'm still a bit 'wtf?' about that 🧐
And I would add my own name but it's already been mentioned a few times :ROFLMAO:
My youngest son has a girl in his class named Khaleesi, parents should have finished GoT before naming their child after the mad queen 🙈

Ok so no offence to anyone but I can’t stand the names alfie because it’s so so common for both baby boys and dogs 😂 also the girls name Olivia I just hate it probably cuz a horrible girl at school was called it 😂 sorry please no one hate me I can’t help it 😂
My cat is called Alfie. I've had so many people over the years comment about it normally being a dog name.

I've never met a Daniel or a Rebecca/Becky that hasn't been a completely shitty human being.

There was a woman on the bus once with three children: Britney, Whitney and Mariah... I nearly laughed in her face.

A relative has called her baby Yennefer.
I don’t like it, even if the baby is cute.
Daft spellings get on my nerves.
Lillee. Dayzee. Poppee. Louee. I know all those kids. Going to have to spell their names forever.
I once enrolled a little lad called Toady at school. Toady. Sheesh.

Little girl called paisley on cards it looks like parsley
Paisley... that’s a crime to call a child that. 😳

Paisley is such, ahem a historically deprived area in West Scotland. Paisley and their wee sister... Govan. 😂

Gracie! Gracie is a nickname why are you giving your child’s nickname as a given name. Imagine introducing yourself as a doctor Gracie or a nurse Gracie or a mortgage advisor Gracie 😂 it would just sound like someone being overly friendly to me before they knew me and creep me out to be honest! Stick with Grace and nickname it Gracie
Oh good one. Same with Evie. So. Many. Evie’s. Name the child Eve or Eva ffs!!
