I do think she is on Ozempic or some other weight loss med, in UK there are ways to get them without a doctor and her meals look like the ones Ozempic medicated people have; veggies and protein and very small meals multiple times a day. I've followed her for 5+ years and she was never this small.

yes and she used to post pics of the meals she ate when she was in a pub (steaks, gammon, etc) and now she posts the pub but never the food she has. bizarre

Leaning more towards ED tbh. She’s always been tiny, it’s only in the last two years when she was trying to conceive and then pregnant where she looked a normal weight but still small. Before that she was tiny.

I also agree with the other comments about taking the baby places. He only goes out if it’s too the pub (shock alcohol). No baby activities nothing. It’s like he’s a weird little accessory. Same with the dogs she just slags them off or ships them off.. why get them or have kids if you don’t want to change your life it’s baffling to me.

And she started talking about a second baby when Monty was only 1-2 MONTHS (!!) old. I'm a massive baby lover but even I found that absolutely insane. It's like she just has a set plan she needs to carry out no matter what instead of enjoying Monty's early years to the fullest.

I see she posted the other day about potentially moving back to Scotland, the poor girl just seems to be constantly chasing the thing she thinks will make her happy - first it was moving to London, then it was moving back to Winchester, then it was buying a house, then a baby and now this. If she actually looked she would probably realise the one constant that’s probably causing the misery is her relationship and narcissistic partner

On the video clips where they are both in, Nadia is always posing with the baby and using him as an accessorry where Johnny actually pays attention to the baby and talks really warmly. I don't care where the narcissist vibes come from.

I’m sorry but after that video of her getting out the pool you cannot convince me she is not taking mounjaro!!! She has always been super skinny yes, but that is like next level skinniness and what’s concerning is you always look bigger online than in real life

She is worryingly thin. Doesn’t look healthy. I hope she’s ok

She is scarily thin, even if you compare to her pre baby/IVF weight she is drastically thinner now. I hope her mum and sister can step in and offer the help she clearly needs. I generally like her and think she’s harmless so hope she’s ok.

I dont think it’s mounjaro, it’s simply the fact she isnt eating as much as she should.
