I saw that too and thought it was very weird! I've had two kids and whilst I am conscious of my mum tum, I can't help but think if you're going to film yourself and not want it to be on show then surely film yourself higher up?
Or just... wear a top?
ETA - I know it's hot in the south atm, but I have some very good and very cool running tops that are perfect for 30+ degree weather without needing to get my tum out.

Nah, I'm sorry but if you're that self concious, you wear a top. Or higher waisted shorts. Like I said, I've got some very nice, very cool running tops that I've worn in Cyprus and Tenerife for running in over 30 degree heat!
Or you know... if it's that hot don't run.
