I have my own personal pedestrian crossing that I take everywhere with me and is solely for my use.

It's the perambulatory equivalent of a private jet.

duck me. Me and my fella always race each other to the door to see who can get in first and lock the other out. Clearly we are both abusers.
Well now I’m going to try this. Should I pre warn him?

Same. My parents not yours obv. Also sat me down for an intervention when I was 11/12 and had that prepuberty burst of weight gain most girls get, talked to me about it being too much and enforcing an evening march up a local hill which I still think to myself as large girl hill even now. Ah the 90s/early 00s were a blast! So keen now to never enforce any of those horrible body image issues onto either of my daughters as the world will do enough of that so they can hopefully swerve their mum being their first bully with it
Oh god, my mother was a nightmare about this when we were young. She was always on a diet and I now recognise that she has had a lifelong eating disorder. She told us that her mother and sister used to call her large and try to make her diet. There were Slimming World and WW magazines everywhere and if she saw us eating sweets or cake, she’d tell us to watch out because we’d get large. I went through a bit of a weird not eating thing when I was about 17 and lost a lot of weight but then she’d be nagging me to eat. She was always commenting on our appearances.

Another victim of a mother with an undiagnosed ED, she ducked up my relationship with food for years
Determined to buck the trend, DD and I now laugh at the large shamers, while enjoying our TUI buffets and dominos
Most things taste better than thin feels 🖕🖕🖕(not including broccoli)

They're still arguing over how many people a pizza express pizza can feed. Someone is concerned that people would eat a 711 calorie pizza to themselves and not split it between 4.

I'm eating healthily, I've lost a lot of weight recently, I'm still steadily losing weight with the scales going down every couple of days and never going up, no 'cheat' days or anything and I'm short and I eat more than 711 calories for my main meal never mind only eating 1/4 of that!

My go to pizza express order is an American hot romana. To myself. Preceded with garlic bread. The strain I must be single handedly putting on the DNHS

I can honestly say I have no idea how many calories are in any food item. And with good luck and a fair wind I will never learn.

Is that because you're just so large it's pointless counting calories now? *Head tilt*

My husband is a Dlollypop man so he guides me across every road stopping traffic for me. As all men should.

(Actually the bloke is 6ft with a stride double the length of mine so I always have to trail 3 paces behind him, like a purchased wife.)

Mumsnet has replaced all the pro ana forums that were removed from the internet. But they are also spiteful and malicious with their comments to anyone perceived to be overweight.

Poster: I have a low large yogurt for breakfast, a massive salad for lunch, and some miso soup for dinner and I’m still not losing weight and I’m hungry all the time. Please help.

Mumsnet: that yogurt will be full of additives and you’d be just as well devouring a pot of double cream.
I bet your salad is drenched in dressing so again, go to the chippie instead.
Miso soup is good though but a whole portion?!
You’ve overeaten for so long, recognising hunger is new and you should enjoy feeling hungry.

Either that or go on the large jabs.
