Outdoors is as it was on TV. The driveway is much shorter, that long drive in was a special effect. Inside is much smaller as they did indoor scenes in studios in LA. The tour is fantastic and once you’ve done the tour you can hang about for as long as you want, around the pool, if you like. There’s a big gift shop and a cafe and it’s a working ranch. There’s options to do horse riding followed by Texas BBQ too. If I go back, ever, I’m doing that. Kids even loved it and they’d no idea what Dallas was.

Was it really windy there like it always was on the telly?

I live in Sydney, and I don’t see anyone dressing like that. However I’m also 40 and probably not frequenting the same kinds of places as MAFS types.
It is a very Gold Coast look though.

Best tourist attraction I’ve been to is Southfork Ranch. Loved it. Done all the Eiffel Towers, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Empire State Building and so on. Southfork wins!

Omg I would have loved to see Southfork! Was it indoors and out you saw? And was it exactly like Dallas?

Can anyone give a brief summary of who and what the Claire stuff is about? I'm new to this thread and have no context of who Claire is or her mum or cousin?? All I've gathered so far is that someone (I assume Claire??) has died?
