The old positive parenting has bit her on the arse hasn’t it? That’s very destructive behaviour from her children - rebelling from all the micro managing perhaps? Maybe as they have every nano second planned when they are given freedom they didn’t know what to do with it so caused carnage!
I totally agree with this. It’s ok for children to be bored, they learn to use their imagination and not to trash the house!

if the kids were toddlers then I might do it but not at their age.

how hard would it have been to get to their accommodation and put them in pj’s.
it’s not like they would be asleep,in the car and be put straight to bed.

i noticed at the airport she got food for herself yet the kids had rice cakes brought from home!!!
She micro manages every single thing! She needs to let those boys be boys!

I thought that when she had “leftovers” as the dinner option for Sunday. How much can a family of 4 actually generate from the meals she was planning?! I might eat a small portion of something for lunch the next day if I made too much for the kids dinner but there’s absolutely not enough of a meal for 4 of us by Sunday!!

Also I look forward to taking the time to make something a bit nicer on a weekend than we’d have during the week. I certainly wouldn’t be looking forward to half a jacket potato I cooked 3 days ago!

I'm not a parent, so perhaps I'm nitpicking or not understanding something, but surely a 7 year old doesn't need a fitbit?! Especially a 7 year old who is deprived of nutrients and could pass out after doing a single star jump 😐
My nephew is on his 2nd or 3rd fitness watch (he’s 8!). Personally think it sends the wrong message as he’s already quite an obsessive kid and it’s been drummed in that fitness = healthy from his dad.

Let kids be kids.

I’d love to know how many steps my daughter does at her childcare setting as she runs about all day but that’s just pure curiosity and for fun, I’d never actually buy her one!

I swear I’m not usually so bitchy but what on earth is wrong with this woman’s teeth?! Why are they so patchy and brown?! Why doesn’t she whiten them?! Or at least stop doing huge horse style close up grins at the camera, they make me feel a bit ill!

Thank god she doesn’t have daughters, imagine the food and body image issues she’d be passing on to them (not saying boys aren’t affected too)

I'd just like to witness them boys eat one normal meal that isn't weird "picky bits" on a baby plate. A shepherd's pie, a roast dinner - no wonder they look malnourished they just eat dry snacks all the time 😭😭

I always think parents evening isn’t really the time for talking about the really important things anyway. If your child is struggling with elements of school it’s better to make an appointment with their teacher separately. Parents evening is a generic catch up on what they’ve been doing. Please don’t tell me I’ve got it wrong, my kids are all at college/uni now 😂

maybe I should sell my parenting hacks onTikTok - I have at least BTDT

Ugh she is so annoying. Left multiple comments asking how she suffers from intrusive thoughts yet is perfectly fine with anyone in the Bristol area knowing where she lives and where the kids go to school and all of them get deleted

Yes and actually on the diet side of things (but not carbs related) we just had a cardiology appointment for my daughter - doctor noted that she may be iron deficient (she’s extremely pale tbh), and said we need to increase the amount of iron in her diet - might be another thing for Daisy to think about given the boys’ complexions - diet contributes to so much.
She'll no doubt have a gifted health MOT for the boys upcoming now you've said this, just watch hahaha

She feeds those poor kids crumbs and fresh air anyway so she won’t be spending too much on food

I couldn’t understand all the comments gushing at the box of everyday food he ordered. She was unpacking an online shop as if it was a lavish gift unboxing (those also give me an ICK btw too) Why feel the need to do a haul at all? It’s all a bit much, my husband will always get things I like with an online order, as I will for him when I place it! I wonder if the argument stemmed from him calling her out for making a tik tok about the food shop 😂
