@IrishCatladyOh I'm not disagreeing. I don't really understand either way how you can deny permission for an office but also prevent anyone from putting office furniture in there if they want to. But I get the registered address thing and that would be the only way the council would know (unless you're like Hunch and plaster it all over the 'gram).

they had also included a toilet downstairs in the original plans so that may have been removed to get it throughRight, I've just had a bit of a read up because I didn't fully understand how they will know if you want to chuck an office up there, and as much as everyone loves to see her get into trouble, I don't think she has broken any rules here.
The permission was granted for the garage stating it can't be used for business or commercial reasons, but CAN be used for reasons "ancillary and incidental to the property"
So, according to what I've found, she can use it for a home office or any other hobby/leisure room and could apply for permission to turn it into a proper annexe. She obviously can't register or run a business or commercial venture out of the annexe according to the planning permissions.
From what I've gathered, the previous permissions were refused due to the size of the upstairs space.

I think you’ll find it’s an under painting. It’s the first step of an artist blocking in what they are going to paint.
