I’m 20 pages behind but seeing this reminds me that I mailed the business making these many months ago when zoph trade marked everything, to warn her, she stopped for a while and said she had mailed/ sent stuff to hinch but no reply/ thanks. In the past weeks I’ve seen how much she’s making , hinch must have too because of the mentions yet no cease or desist . There are so many people on Etsy etc making stuff that is under the trademark that hinch would have been mentioned in , that it makes the trademark a joke really. I think she so gets off on their name on stuff and doesn’t get what trademarking really means .
