Moisturiser/skincare recommendation needed

Does anyone use Elemis. I’m looking for a cleanser but they have so much in their range. I was given a voucher so need to use it

The omega rich cleansing oil is brill, takes off all your makeup and leaves your skin feeling really clean but not stripped xx

My cousin grew up in Miami and we're both olive skinned but she had some pretty bad sun damage on her face at a young age. She started working for Bare Minerals in her 30s so used all the products and her skin completely changed. The brown spots are now all gone. I recently wanted to switch up my skin care whilst in lockdown (gutted about Liz Earle!!) and bough some samples of Bare Minerals in the Debenhams sale and I am hooked. In two weeks, the cleanser and moisturiser have completely changed the texture of my skin. It's like a little baby's! I've now bought their foundation and powder and will probably purchase the entire line of skin care. Super impressed.

I've tried so much skincare down the years, pricey and cheap (shoutout to Superdrug for being consistently amazing) but there are only a few products I have raved about: Liz Earle (pre them switching things up) hot cloth cleanser and toner, Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair, Josie Maran's cleansing oil and Bare Essentials. I know skincare is really personal but those have been my gold star products.

I really like this neals yard one to curb breakouts, I have combination skin and my t zone feels oily and I find this one keeps it at bay and alsofeels really calming when applied to breakouts as well. tried so many moisturisers over the years and I find the neals yard ones really good, same with origins I love the original skin one. I think I feel safer cause they're natural so no perfumed fragrances added to dry out or irritate my skin.

I’m on the hunt for a new cleanser - I have sensitive/combo skin with recurring periocular (eyes) dermatitis that I’m on antibiotics for. I’ve used Cereve and Avene but they both make my skin red! Any suggestions?

Try an balm one? Body shop chamomile one is really nice and good value and higher end is Elemis cleansing balm, neals yard do one too that I've tried. I tend to take my makeup off with them as they feel super luxurious and soft on skin.

I have skin like yours and I like the Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin moisturiser. Even with the monthly subscription fee, it works out far cheaper than the luxury creams I used to buy, although people regularly sell untouched pots on Ebay for about £25 so you could just do that.

I can’t recommend beauty pie products enough. Almost everything I’ve tried I will continue to be purchase. I agree the super healthy skin cleanser and moisturiser are fabulous. My skin has never looked better.

I love Dermalogica - it has truly transformed my skin - but was recently gifted some Natio products to try, which I love. They do skincare and cosmetics and everything smells and works great. I'm using a very rich night cream at the moment which goes on quite thickly ... when I wake up the next morning, my skin is softer than it's been in ages. Natio is an Australian brand and is very affordable. I'll probably keep on using Dermalogica, but mix in Natio products from time to time.

Must be: vegan, cruetly free, ocean and reef safe and the packaging as plastic free and recyclable as possible I have normal/sometimes dry skin and don’t suffer from anything like spots, blemishes ect so doesn’t need to be specific. Try looking at Sukin! I’ve used their face mist and night cream before. The cream came in a glass jar which could be recycled. I’m not sure if it’s a reef and ocean safe brand but I know they are vegan and cruelty free

Have you tried LRP Toleriane cleanser? It’s very mild, very short ingredients list so not much for sensitive skin to react to. Probably best to try and avoid essential oils with your dermatitis.

Have you tried using a primer? One with silicone, I think Benefit do one for pores, can really help.

Hey I can’t find a general skincare thread - am
I in the wrong place?
My husband has a really dry flaky T zone, totally opposite to my oily skin type and I’m wanting to get him a foolproof couple of products to keep his skin looking nice.
He’s lazy so won’t do a million things so the easier the better.
Has anyone got any recommendations for products for lazy people please
