About six years ago I was doing the Cambridge diet and used to follow a page called Minus117 - I can't remember her name but she had lost so much weight and was a lovely girl. Her page disappeared thou and I've never found it since....

In a similar vein to this, I used to follow a girl called ‘my Cambridge summer’ on insta. She lost about 5 or 6 stone on Cambridge diet but struggled with regaining it and I always really felt for her. Often wondered if she got back to a happy place within herself.

Don't worry, she blocked me too after an innocuous comment and made a snide post on her stories about doing so (I had a look from my personal account). She is very very defensive about things for some reason.Omg I can’t believe I’ve been blocked then!!! I absolutely loved her account and never questioned anything

Off topic sorry but does anyone know anything of target_and_beyond? It’s a girl called Nicola, she was in the SW magazine at one point I think. I used to follow her a couple of years ago but started to find her annoying as she had a very holier than thou attitude. I think the final straw was actually her eating baked beans straight from the can to stay on plan rather than having something non SW with her family her account is still on there but she appears to have deleted most of her posts and hasn’t posted anything since January. Wonder if she’s piled all the weight back on like a lot of them do. Not being horrible btw I’ve put my covid stone on this year! I’m just nosey
