Genuinely how exactly does she expect the council to take action? If they knew how to rid the world of pests they'd have done it a long time ago. Does she think they were waiting for her permission? Considering her enchanting country estate probably drove all the wild animals out of their habitats, surely she's not expecting the council to kill anything that dares to inconvenience her? Those of us who live rurally have been putting up with wild animals forever. Just wait until a virus sweeps through the area and she's got poor dead bunnies all over her garden.

While she's at it she should call the council to take action on cane toads and serial killers. Once she's given her orders they'll crack down on those problems immediately! All it took was the word from Lady Kyree of Magical Manor.

From my understanding different regions can use baits etc. Some are more poisonous then others.
