There’s a facebook group called Goldenhearted is where people give away free things to those in need and people in need requesting for things that they desperately need. Often posters will start their post about how embarrassing they feel for asking but they are desperate. The tone of the messages always feel like they are ashamed and its so sad that people who are genuinely suffering, are worried they will be judged for asking help. Yet you get these proper leeches, who lives in their townhouses in central london, grabbing free items then pretending its a ‘days work’. This country is absolutely mental.

The pram looks way too low for her as well. It’s not a brand she would have chosen if they had to pay for it. Influencers must really be making bank, being paid to advertise but also not having to buy most of life’s essentials.

Definitely. There was an article that estimated you,'d need an annual income of around £1.7m to live the lifestyle of the average influencer. Crazy hey?

That sounds scarily accurate. And yet people fawn over influencers and believe they are relatable, I don’t understand! I guess there are a lot of naive people in the world.

Millie’s ads at just cringey. This latest anti bac one with her shimmying in an evening dress.

I also find it hugely amusing that Pro Green who used to be so smug about the fact that Millie sold out her life to the highest bidder is now doing exactly the same. His insta is now just a huge advert for baby stuff too.

I saw an ad with professor green once, sitting on top of a washing machine switched a spin cycle. Not sure what he was advertising......😏

Wow that’s depressing 😂. Yes professor greens pivot into Daddy blogging is hilarious. There’s totally room for him in the space but it almost reads as though he is making it about himself... or maybe the baby carrier pregnancy joke just rubbed me the wrong way 😂

Has anyone listened to her on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast with Gi Fletcher? She is genuinely awful! Sienna was clearly a typical baby crying and not sleeping that well and she
goes off to a private doctor who diagnoses silent reflux which she then says is the reason she gave up breastfeeding? She just came across as incessantly self obsessed in that podcast, not an ounce of humility or self-awareness and seemed to have no idea that babies don’t just magically go along with your routine!

Silent reflux was just used as an excuse to stop. Let’s face it, she was sold the idea of better sleep if she gave up.

100%. Probably just had the baby as an accessory to get more free stuff. No concept of how challenging it can be. Will probably palm the baby off on a live in nanny soon!

Pro Green is basically now a hun. He just advertised his clothing line at Asda with pictures of him modelling it! Nice enough guy but I'm actually starting to feel embarrassed for him now tbh.

Absolutely 100% agree with all of this.

I commend Millie for being honest about her motherhood experience but I do find it slightly shocking that she was so unaware that babies have moods and fight nappy changes and wake a lot at night. Sienna was planned, much wanted and is clearly very loved. Did she not research or speak to any of her mum friends about what motherhood is like? It seems like she just watched what women like the fashion bug show and really thought that would be her and her daughter. Frankly her experience highlights how damaging it can be when Insta mums just show the highlight reel. Also and unrelated to my previous comments but the overalls in those photos are adorable.

I just don't understand how she could not know this... I don't have children, neither do any of my close friends and even I have basic knowledge about babies... was she never around any babies growing up?

Why are all her posts essays? I can’t be bothered to read more than the first paragraph.

If she’s trying to build a online mothering community, she’s not doing a very good job and the marketplace is pretty saturated for it anyway.

As for Pro Green, I have to laugh at his Asda clothing range. And at him strolling around in his gifted leopard print Artipoppe baby carrier whilst carefully making sure that he gets his Mercedes G class in the shot.
