Who thinks, yes I’m going to go buy some Ralph Lauren now because Millie and Hugo were given it for free. Millie was one of the original fashion influencers and her style was amazing, especially as you knew she was seeking it out and just going through a pile of gifted items. I guess the downfall and confusion on Millie’s grid is pretty much a reflection of how Instagram as a whole. At least her posts are grammatically correct.

My baby has porridge and listens to Mozart is what really swung it for me! Also every story just being and ad that seems to be she’s trying to be relatable. She has no real personality though...

A piece of cardboard has more personality.

She leaves thicker for 15 minutes?!? How does sienna even suck it out of the bottle? It must be like concrete by then!

Anyone else get the sense she’s really struggling. It just seems like she got a huge shock discovering that motherhood isn’t Instagram perfect but she’s still trying to make it that way. Or maybe she is just vapid and I never noticed?

She seems to have labelled her daughter with so many problems and she’s only 6 months old. Reflux, lactose intolerant, sleep problems.

It’s like she’s searching for a reason why it’s so much harder for her. Sharing that message from someone who also had a “special health needs baby”, none of those problems are uncommon. I get so annoyed by the whole, have one baby and now I’m an expert. It highlights how vulnerable new mums are. They don’t need to be sold rubbish that rich influencers are gifted.

If Sienna had had reflux as bad as she said it was .. teething would be a breeze? Also i watched Millie’s average day, Sienna is pretty much constantly in bed. Or with Hugo. She hardly looks after her. If she was a mum who didn’t have an unemployed husband, who did not sleep train - then she would know how hard motherhood can actually be.

ARGH I know!!! I had a reflux baby and we weren’t going to Greece at 4 months. I think Hugo does work, the “day in the life” was filmed on the weekend. Once again though she’s not showing the reality, just when Sienna is happy and Hugo is helping. Still being so exhausted with a baby that still naps and can’t move yet shows the level of work that she is used to doing.

Sleep problems? She’s a 7 mth old baby! My toddler has never slept through the night but even I’m not saying that’s a problem! They sleep when they do and they’re all different. She’s going to get a shock when Sienna is a mischievous toddler.

My son is 19 months and he’s only just starting sleeping through the night! Some of my friends have toddlers older who still struggle with sleep. She needs to just relax! I know it’s hard not to worry but it’s normal for babies to not sleep through.

I just saw just one of those face products she uses is AU$476. I had to unfollow. She’s in no way relatable and it’s not even aspirational any more. It’s just all the expensive things she’s given, new mum problems and ads for dishwashing tablets.

"sleep problems"? surely that is just being a normal baby?!

Cries sleep problems but has said 3/4 times also that they’re resolved and tried to flog books by different people!
I have to say for those saying the baby napped a lot. That’s just what they do. My 6 month old has at least 3 a day 👍🏻

Her fashion business went under a few years ago. I wonder if that was an expensive failed business venture which she needs to recover from. Also don’t think Hugo actually brings in much money, obviously from a wealthy family but that doesn’t mean he actually contributes much day to day. Anyone know what he does for a living?
He works for a film company in some sort of sales role. He’s been on furlough for months.
