Still rewatching old TOWIE and wow...Sam was madly in love with Mark wasnt she?!

She said she was but I’m not sure..... maybe it was so she got storylines in the show as all that Mark/Sam/Lauren stuff was early on. Who knows with that lot though. He mugged her and Lauren/Lucy all off and played them against each other

yeah there’s loads of behind the scenes photos that obviously shows they have feelings for each other I’m honestly shocked mark and her are still together the ones below we wasn’t even filming! This was after we filmed the second season and we had to film the prologue for Georgie and elvis as you can tell in the pictures they became so used to cuddling and holding hands they litreally stopped hiding it from cast and crew none of these shots were filmed this was in between takes

Waiting for the pictures to appear in the daily mail in 3..2..1..

When mark lived in Hollywood he claimed Michelle would never move or work there because she wants to be close to family.
Obviously she was in south africa at the time. I wonder if she used that as an excuse to stay home close to Luke or if in truth Mark didn't want her stealing the spotlight out there.
Or maybe she genuinely doesn't want to try Hollywood again. Did I read that she tried over there years ago?

I think once she was up for a Hollywood role. I imagine Mark had some contacts becausw of his showbiz reporter role. I wonder if he will continue to work in the States as he has that pretty boy look they like in presenters.

I doubt she is mentally unwell due to that abortion, more so her upbringing, the way MW treated her and being on TV, and abortion doesn’t affect all women, if a baby isn’t what you want and your pregnant then you get an abortion, obviously not everyone is like that but there are many.

I mean she would’ve had a kid by now because she is desperate for everything else and she doesn’t strike me as wanting to be in a serious relationship before she has a baby, she was with Jake for 2-3 years and if she was infertile then we would all know by now!

I always used to say the same about Carol and Jess, controlling and just wanted him to themselves so they treated poor Lauren like dirt. I’ve got a mother in law the same but she didn’t show her true colours until I married her son. She then would send letters telling him to chose me or her, want days out with just her, hubby and the kids and I wasn’t allowed to come and she would ring every Christmas saying she would kill herself if he didn’t spend it with her. She used to send cards at Christmas to the kids and a wonderful son, leaving me out. She would write nasty things on my Facebook photos. Once I got a new car and she wrote ‘another rope around my sons neck I see ‘.. She used to say I was lazy not working despite having 3 children under 3.5 years, her son often worked away, I worked my stones off. After my Nan died she told me to get a job in a funeral place advertising for a secretary when she could see how much I was grieving without my Nan. Hubby never used to say boo to her. The last time I saw her she threatened to rip my throat out and that was it, I left my husband for 2 months as he never stood up to her. After a decade I’d had enough. He begged me to come back, then he finally stood up to his mum about how he treated me, so she cut him off and the kids, Our marriage now is wonderful and I hate to say that. Having a mother in law like that, and like Carol puts a huge strain on your marriage and a son doesn’t usually go against his mum. I really feel for what they did to Lauren and good on Mark for standing up to them.

Sorry I offloaded that but omg they annoy the hell out of me and mother in laws can be complete nightmares.

that is so awful you went through that! I’m glad he cut ties with her as although she’s his mum she sounds unhinged and she would have passed on negative feelings and thoughts about you to your Children in the long run which can be so damaging! X

Mark’s ego is too big. If Michelle even hinted at leaving him he would do everything in his power to keep her. He knows she is too good for him and he’d be so embarrassed if his marriage ended. He also wouldn’t ever be with anyone more beautiful again. He has the ultimate trophy wife, he won’t let her go without a fight.

look how embarrassed he gets in interviews, how much all the interviewers take the piss out of him... it would be another thing for them to laugh at and he wouldn’t be able to handle it.

the wright family think they’re better than everyone else and like to make themselves look like the perfect family. A divorce from a gorgeous, successful actress just would not go down well for them. They’d all have breakdowns they’re image obsessed.

Yes, totally.
It seems their PR management have been busy again ordering paparazzi to picture Mark. This was this morning. Obviously paparazzi don’t hang around mark and michelle’s house all day, especially during lockdown . Normal people get deliveries to their doors, not Mark though, he has to walk out to the delivery driver’s car (topless ) to make sure the Pap gets a good view of him getting flowers off the florist. It’s reported they were an anniversary gift for Michelle from him.
