Michael Jackson

People are starting to notice every time there is something MJ lucrative there’s media slander and some sort of law suit/grifter asking for money. There is a definite pattern.

1993 – Chandler allegations: Emerged during the Dangerous Tour, at a time when the tour was generating massive revenue and Michael Jackson was consolidating control over his catalog assets.

2003 – Arvizo allegations: Surfaced as Jackson was preparing the Number Ones compilation and negotiating his exit from Sony, positioning himself for independent monetization of his catalog as a free agent.

2013–2014 – Robson and Safechuck civil filings: Filed amid a surge in posthumous estate revenue, with Cirque du Soleil shows running and catalog valuation rising toward the eventual $750 million Sony buyout.

2019 – Leaving Neverland: Released as the estate was preparing a Broadway musical and finalizing the latter phase of the Sony/ATV transaction.

2026 – Cascio lawsuit: Surfaced the same weekend Lionsgate released the estate-partnered biopic, which was projected to significantly boost catalog interest and merchandising.

Also Leaving Neverland rushed into Toronto film festival the day Harvey Weinsteins trial started.

The time line of a few things were off, he released History while still married to Lisa marie, yet this made appear they were already divorced.
Thats the one that stood out to me.
I can only see the marriage as an absolute sham. Married in May 94, Presley filed for divorce in January 96.
I have scented diffusers that lasted longer.

There is nothing to suggest that the marriage was authentic in any way, but then it looked very orchestrated - following allegations against him.

She had said positive things in interviews years later but it definitely seemed like a Pr stunt given the timing.

All his interactions with adult women were weird, with the exception of more motherly figures like Liz Taylor. I still remember that weird kiss with Presley on the Mtv awards, being rather young at the time even then I thought it was uncomfortable and odd.

Same. I really wanted to believe it was real but then the timing and then her explanation of how they got together and she was still with Danny was crazy! It sounded made up to me, surely he wouldn’t be ok with that! Having said that in the interview her and MJ did with Diane Sawyer their love looked genuine. She spoke in interviews about how their relationship was real. I mean she’s Elvis’s daughter she doesn’t need the publicity? She said she was nervous about having kids with him because of a custody battle. I can see why she was worried about that. She was devastated when he died too. So I don’t know. Maybe it was genuine but just a typical Hollywood flash in the pan marriage where two big egos come together but have issues and the relationship just doesn’t have staying power.

*edited to add the diffuser comment really made me laugh 🤣

I’ve always been on the fence with everything but is it true that not one of the accusers pushed for criminalisation, it was always about compensation? If he was such a b wouldn’t you want him off the streets?

This is where I fear one of two things - that none of it were true, or that some of it was and others have hopped onto the whole thing of the back of true victims. The Cascios are at it. They even named one of their daughters after him.

I don’t think the media has helped at all. The truth is so far buried under sensationalism at this point.

This thread always alarms me, the clarity vs the denial, blows my mind.

Just imagine he is a bloke called Barry who lives on your street. Are you letting your kids go sleep overs with this....

Very good point.

People will still insist that he was guilty based on what they’ve read and seen in the media. Never mind what happened in a court of law that found him innocent.

Agreed. It's getting worse as the years go on, especially with AI now. The press are already running a photo of him with a boy. The boy has been photoshopped in a photo of Michael with an arm outstretched, showing his vitiligo in the original photo 🙄🤦‍♂️There was no boy🙄. It's relentless now. I'm glad people are seeing how they are manipulating they are now.

Which photo is this? I've tried Google but its not bringing anything up 😔

To me he seemed like the most asexual man on the planet. I know he had supposed relationships but nothing of any substance. They looked like publicity stunts for both parties. The marriage to Lisa Marie was weird. His obsession with looking like Liz Taylor and Liza minelli was in line with feeling more feminine than masculine. I think if anything he was a gay man in the closet. Am I right in that no girl children were invited into his bed? Not a question just to you but a general question.
All about the dollar. Just back from seeing Michael a 4th time and again it was packed 🥰
It's so good isn't it

I will answer this honestly.
Apologises now if it gets long.
The whole if he was Barry down the street is a void argument. He wasn’t just someone off the street. He was the most well known person in the world and still is.
Would I leave my children with Michael Jackson? Truthfully NO.
I do not leave my children with anyone.
As someone who has been SA on two separate occasions and it messed me up for years I am a very over protective mother. I trust no one.
Having said this did I go to the men who SA me and ask for a payout as compensation.
Also NO!
Do I believe this is extortion and not true claims? YES.
How much research have you done because I have done a lot. I could not continue to listen to this man’s music if I thought there was a possibility these accusations were true. I’ve studied the case thoroughly. I’ve seen the patterns with the media. The discrepancies with dates. The victims conveniently waiting until the stature of limitations is up. Why will 40 million help ease their trauma? I watched LN and I couldn’t believe how at ease they talked about it all. They seemed fake. I hate injustice. It’s all of it together that forms a bigger picture. I believe he had age regression and trauma from his childhood. He doesn’t fit the profile of a pedalo according to many experts. I do think he acted inappropriately. He should never have put himself in that situation. As you say no average Joe would do this. But again he wasn’t average. There was nothing ordinary about his upbringing and nothing ordinary about his life as an adult. Maybe his behaviour was odd for that reason.
I don’t know, I don’t claim to have all the answers but what I can say is I believe in his innocence because of many, many reasons.
I’m not just here like “ oh Billie Jean is a good bop, can’t possibly stop liking him, I’ll just let it slide he’s a pedalo. “

I feel that many people overlook the likelihood that he could be both falsely accused (by some, not by all) and also a paedophile.
I think it’s too easy to pick holes in the accounts of some his accusers - as it is very likely that some accusations against him could well be false. This does not discredit the accounts of his victims - and I also take note that many of his victims will forever remain silent.

It is more than “odd” behaviour. No adult man needs to sleep with other peoples children - but he absolutely refused to stop doing it. He was gaslighting us, that it’s the most natural thing in the world - to have children in your bed.
It is not.

I can’t recall (as a woman), having another child in my bed - that was not my own. I suppose it may have happened briefly (though I can’t recall it). There may well have been times that a young niece or nephew got in to my bed briefly when I was staying over with my adult siblings - to either say good morning or good night, but certainly never to spend the night with me. They wouldn’t have wanted to - and I wouldn’t want them in there with me either.

It is absolutely not normal for an adult man to arrange for children to sleep with him, in his bed.
I do feel that he was full on gaslighting us that it’s normal for him, as this unique Peter Pan figure.
He was not Peter Pan, he was a grown man. I will not be told by anyone - that his predatory behaviour was normal. It was not.

Hang on, does she really mean cloning? As opposed to ivf or surrogacy etc. And why does she say they. Not he. Who are this nefarious cloning crowd?
I think it was probably a joke, first because she looks a lot like her mother, and second because of all the stories surrounding her father. So I don’t think there’s anything there. I do believe the SA allegations against MJ though.

Again, a victim can be groomed for years into thinking nothing wrong and it is only years later, they realise they were abused. Go to any site that deals with this kind of thing and you wouldn't believe some of the stories about it. Years back I remember a story in the paper about a woman finding videos of him abusing their grandkids who were adults at the time, yet they still denied he had done anything wrong to them. Even after he himself put his hands up, while one of them finally admitted what had happened, the other two were begging the courts not to jail him because he had screwed with their heads so much and even in their 20s, believed this was how grandfathers showed their love. My point is every victim is different in how they react to abuse.

As for why they are coming forward now, unlike murder, there is a time period for when you can report sexual assault/abuse. It's only in the last few years that some places including California have wiggled things about so even if it was years back, you can report it depending on certain circumstances. That's why we are hearing about so many victims coming forward now...because they did try to before but were told no.

As for the money thing...how many stories have we heard about victims/ their families told their cases weren't going to court because it didn't meet the standard of what was needed so instead they went the other route because they wanted it on record the accuser DID do what they were accused of and when they were found guilty, the victims were awarded damages because of what they went through? This isn't any different in my opinion. If he did what he was accused of...that will have ducked his victims up and meant years of therapy and other things needed to help them try to cope so if that means it is proven and they get damages then so be it.

On watching the recent BBC documentary (and then reading various articles, that I did not pay attention to back in the day). I now believe that he was grooming and abusing children, I think it was likely that he was also falsely accused by some - but not by all of his accusers, I think it’s also very likely, that some victims haven’t and won’t speak out.

The recent bbc documentary is very informative, it’s not sensationalist- but presents the timeline in a way that was not clear to me, previously.
He comes across as a very manipulative, calculating man.
There was a good documentary Louis Theroux did about Michael before MJ died. In it he interviewed a man from the north of England, who had befriended Michael Jackson as a child in the 70’s, after he did an interview with him, I think for a fan magazine. They would talk on the phone at all times. He often recorded the conversations and kept them. During one conversations he knew that Michael Jackson was masturbating as they were speaking. Even as an adult, this man seemed very reluctant to go after Michael Jackson for this. You could see he was really torn and didn’t want to speak badly of him, even though he knew what he did was wrong.

I’m afraid there is just too much evidence stacked against Michael Jackson to just completely dismiss that he has any guilt whatsoever. Even if you were to remove the accusations, an adult hanging out with small children, very often in intimate situations whether there are no parents around, having sleep overs. WHAT?!!
No adult would be excused from that behaviour. I think the fact that his fans will insistent that he did NOTHING wrong, is quite sickening. And this whole - justifying what he did because he didn’t have a childhood. That whole spin IS grooming. He groomed his fans to do his bidding for him. It’s so gross.

No other adult would be excused in the same way Michael Jackson has been.

I cannot listen to his music post Jackson 5. And it horrifies me that there are people who still dont think he fits a pedalo profile, he's not even a red flag, MJ is flashing red beacon going wahhhh wahhhh wahhhh wahhhh. How much research have you done on victims, grooming and paedophile profiles or how about psychological defence/denial, fan culture and obsession?

I also did not say (or mean to infer) 'no average Joe' would do this. Average or ducked up superstar? They both do this tit but the rich superstars get away with it. An unusual life does not give excuse. He was an adult kidding people he was stuck in some weird time warp.

Billie Jean is no cute bop it's about obsessive groupies and false accusations.
