It's very dodgy from the parents who should have known better

Not victim blaming because you do all you cna to protect your kids so surely they are at fault allowing this
Now if he was poor would they have let him?

I feel like it's more to do with people being blinded by a celebrity and being star struck. Maybe people think famous people are more trustworthy than your average joe.

They are known people to the public, people feel like they know them. Michael was and still is one of the most famous people in the world. That can unfortunately cause people to have bad judgement. But yes the blame lies with the parents.

I mean he could you know not let kids sleep over but I'm sure he didn't kidnap these kids and asked permission so yes everyone failed to safeguard these kids

His crisis publicist has done an interview admitting he had books of naked children and ordered videos with them in it. I'll put the relevant stuff I found on Reddit under a spoiler but if you want to see for yourself it's here.

He handed me a book and he said it was Michael's. It was all of naked men and things like that. And I said, "Frank, you know, I know Michael from firsthand was fooling around with some of the fans." I said, "Uh, you know, why is he looking at um you know, naked pictures of men?" I said, "It's fine, but you know, you told me Michael's heterosexual. We never Oh, he just looks at it for the artistic value, but I'm hiding it. You know, I'm I'm He's hiding it. He's not like showing it to anyone."

"He's not disclosing anything. So, I said, "All right, Frank, you keep the book. I'll take the bag. I'll bring it to the city." Something struck me wrong.

I stopped at my house. I said, "Let me go. Let me see what he's handing me. I don't know what he's handing me." So, I opened the bag and um I start flipping through it and I found a magazine and it was a a nudist magazine called Naturally.

Um turned out I started flipping through it. I was like, "Okay, it's just pictures of nudist women and adults." And then it flipped to the section um where it was videos of kids, naked kids uh and their families, some with just naked kids uh with circles around Sharpie, black Sharpie circles around the videos to be ordered. I almost had a breakdown. And I literally did have a breakdown because there was pictures of naked kids. I said, "This is what Frank handed And obviously at that time it just snapped.

He was covering up for him. There's something here. Where there's smoke, there's fire. And um turned out uh I didn't bring it into the city yet. I end up going into another attorney. I was very scared at the time. Uh we're in this big case all over the media, all over the globe. Uh, Sergeant Oel had stopped the house and he was on his way back to Santa Barbara, went to another attorney. They immediately picked up the phone to him and said, "Vincent found something that was very concerning, which may be important to you." And he was very disgusted by it. Sergeant Obel says, "I'm on a plane just about getting on the plane back to Santa Barbara. We'll have to meet at a different time."

He gets on the plane. I had an attorney, another attorney. Uh, I still had Joe because I had my information at Joe's office. Uh, turns out I asked, you know, when can I get it back? Um, I stayed with Joe for a bit more. Uh, Techapena, I'm in the office. I wanted to show Joe cuz I tried to convince Joe, you know, also represent me in bringing this to the district attorney's office. You know, he was the one that I chose. He was a high-profile, very strong attorney in New York.

Right at that point, he goes, "Give me the magazine." I said, "No." I I looked next to me and it was Frank that was sitting standing right next to me. So, I wanted to turn this into the district's attorney's office. He kind of got me because he asked for it right in front of Frank. I end up handing it over and that was the last time I've seen it.

The good news is is that when I found this magazine, I took pictures, I documented it. Um, I confronted Frank about it. Frank said that uh this was a phase that him and Michael went through watching these videos and Michael would select these naked children's videos to be ordered uh by Frank and Frank would, you know, facilitate this.

Here is the YT video timestamped:

This is just some of the things taken out of his house when he was arrested. At the time, his fans defended it claiming the books were 'artistic' yet during the trial, some of them were shown and there were pictures of young boys completely naked with everything on show. This isn't the first of people who worked for him who has admitted to knowing and seeing things but as usual, his fans will ignore it and defend him when if it was anyone else, people would rightly be screaming for his head.

But he never got away? And wasn’t hiding in plain sight like Saville - the conversation has been ongoing for years, he went to court, he went under the FBI investigations multiple times, he was never convicted.

He has been in the public court of law for 33 years and it will never ever end because as the public we see him generally as guilty because it’s hard to fathom why a grown ass man was having sleep overs and giving minors alcohol etc. It’s all layers of messed up but he never got away with anything really, he was done and over since that first case. The only thing people want now is millions of dollars, but these families were fine with shipping their kids off to him though at the time… like I know grooming is a thing but come on, really letting a grown man be alone and share a bed with your child. They wanted his money, the parents of these children who are suing should also be cross examined if these go to court.
This is also something I struggle with. I feel like it got to the point where everyone would have loved to see him fall and would have almost been gleeful if he was found guilty. Why no more charges? I honestly dont know.

I do feel so unbelievably sad for his kids though. They didnt ask to be born a Jackson and you can tell, with the boys especially, that they love their dad. I think Prince is a very down to earth, lovely kid. I just hope they are at peace with everything because it must be so painful for them everytime this resurfaces

I always think of it as if my dad came home one day and said to me, "i had a really bad childhood so i have bought this 10 year old boy home to sleep in the same bed as me". I would call the police. You wouldn't accept that from anyone else but because it's Michael Jackson his fans say that's ok.

He's the only practicing pedophile I can think of who has so many people wanting to understand his reasoning and the abuse he suffered. Anyone else it's very rightly immediate disgust.

As we go through this Epstein exposure, more people are starting to come to terms with the idea that powerful men tend to engage in sex abuse of the vulnerable. Jackson is routinely classed with the vulnerable, rather than his actual status as a very powerful man.

MJ pinched sooo many of those moves, and the addition of the little prince just sitting watching is eerie as feck.
This is giving me nightmares. I'm surprised this actor didn't sue MJ for stealing his act. Also MJ called one of his kids Prince and dyed one of their hair blond. Those kids of his got lucky. Came from a lab and set up for life.

I don't either. Seems a lot feel the same. Look at the success of the movie. No one predicted that. I've seen It twice and think I might go again before the run ends 😃

I get conflicted about the historic sexual abuse cases.

I think we all knew there was something about Jimmy Savile which was sinister.

The artist formerly known as Prince Andrew I'm not saying he didn't know or do anything but I also don't believe that people should be considered guilty by association.

Michael Jackson I find difficult. I verge more towards innocence. I think he had a tit childhood, he was beaten and was working from the age of 5. He was more in the spotlight than a lot of other "child stars" who have had issues. I think he came across as sincere and honest when he speaks about the allegations. Other people around him didn't see that side to him including Culkin and Feldman (who has spoken for years about abuse in Hollywood).

So my heart wants to believe that he is innocent and he built Neverland and wanted to be around children to experience a childhood he never had.

Ultimately he was made to settle the 1993 case and was aquitted in 2005. I think there are problems with the accounts of his accusers and the settlement of the case in 1993 probably has made it easier to convince people of his guilt.

Having seen a lot on social media the past couple of weeks after the movie the press were absolute rum to him. Meghan Markle talks about being trolled but the 1990s press were just vile and I'm not sure that Michael and his team really knew how to deal with it. He never denied having children stay at Neverland even in his bedroom, you wouldn't get a celebrity saying anything remotely close to that now. Was this being him playing the press or being naive?

I want to believe people who claim abuse but I also find that difficult at times because it is so hard to prove or disprove either way. Are the people coming out now just wanting a payday as the estate has become so valuable? It seems like they have had financial issues and during his life Michael was used as a but of a cash cow.

The whole situation is just sad. Either the most talented artist we have had abused his position or his kindness and being somewhat naive has allowed bad actors to tarnish his reputation for both his fans and, perhaps more importantly, his children.

Sorry but his behaviour is literally textbook grooming behaviour of the entire families of the victims. If it was a random man and not a beloved popular you are a fan of you'd believe it very easily. Look at the tit thats come out about other pedophile celebrities! But just because Micheal had a bad childhood he must be innocent 🤣

He just wanted to be a child forever, despite being a fully grown man with a fully formed sexual libido and need. Nothing to see here, just innocent sleep overs with little boys. 😬
