It's a dog tilting its head laying on a bed. Tilt your phone 90° clockwise, you'll probably see it. (Is it a pitbull? I'm not sure.)

OK @Mojojojo67 on the left the 2 bits of materials are the floppy ears, if you think of the black bits as a triangle the one furthest right is dog's nose, it's sleeping on its side
