Can anyone post an example of a beyond gym workout? I'm using Shreddy atm which I do love, I've gained good muscle definition doing the 12 week lean muscle plan but I think I need to change it up a bit now

Asides from a couple including nduja or chilli oil what ingredients are hard to find? I’ve made heaps and haven’t struggled to get hold of anything in my small local town

I’ll be honest I’ve only ever tried one or two and they included ingredients that wouldn’t be found in Aldi or Lidl such as Gochujang which you probably can only find in Waitrose or Sainburys at a push, but obviously depends on the recipe. I think a lot of the meals on the vlogs you see him cooking do involve lots of different ingredients but I’m not signed up to his website as a member so I only have that to go off

Also noticed her bum looks gd from an angle, like in the picture shown above but in the video where she is walking and its filmed straight on she actually has super narrow hips and is quite square and unshapely!! Megan is an angle queen!! She just knows how to take a good pic and its actually not a good message to her young fans!!

I think it’s perfectly normal to have times where we don’t feel 100%. I’ve felt it for a little while now. Just not great, lots of stresses and stuff going on. It may be nothing to do with their jobs, just a bit of a down day.

I think the point was that not everyone can afford to shop at places like that and so for an Instagram chef to regularly use niche / hard to find outside Waitrose ingredients for supposed quick and easy meals isn’t very practical for most people

ahh your right, the back here is much more classy, did she add glitter to it also? Looks like the glitter is coming off on their skin, unless everyone threw glitter but I doubt it?

These were the dresses that she’s clearly gone for, yet she’s had them altered to go from looking really lovely and classy to looking cheap and chavtastic. She has the waist not tapering down but cut off bluntly and then has to have a gap at the front to show off more skin!
