I ended up muting both Meg and Claire as all the bragging about travelling and being so, so lucky was really bloomin' annoying. Had to laugh though when I saw this about not posting constant clothes hauls (and other things that people don't want to see any more) and noticed that Meg had the nerve to like it Does she understand the word irony?!

Agree on both of them. Loved Meg when it was house interiors and her time in Perth. But since giving up her previous job and the wedding dress debacle has become really “ooh look at me” type of influencer. She was more authentic before. Not very relatable anymore. They always like each others posts and literally copy each other nail; rings in every finger, funky nail designs, the little hand wave when trying on clothes. Have some originality!

Claire seems to moan about not getting reel likes or those who challenge things she says. She’s said before she can struggle with that side of influencing etc so get off social media and live life more quietly rather than broadcasting it everywhere and showing your kids. I think both have become more insufferable and muted their stories as a result.
Interesting as I thought it was just me who had noticed. They’ve definitely changed, it’s a shame as I loved their style and inspo.

Not the only ones to have left their elderly dog, Brogan Tate did when she was on her rust bucket wedding cruise, and I believe the dog died while they were away!

What's worse though is that I'm pretty certain Claire's husband's father died/was seriously ill while they were in Australia, and Claire stayed in Aus while he flew back to the UK, all she did then was moan that she was having to cope with 3 children on her own! Talk about self-centred...

Agreed! I was conflicted on it as we don’t know the specifics, but seeing as she shared it with the public it was felt odd reading her post about ‘having the best time of her life’ (and of course moaning having to deal with three kids) when her father-in-law died.

They made their own choice which they are entitled to but I felt sad for her husband reading that. She’s very privileged doing what she’s doing - having three kids when cost of living is crazy in the UK, selling a van they spent thousands doing up, renovating etc, I thought read the room but ultimately it their choice as a family and can’t have been easy - but maybe some things should remain more private.

Interesting of Meg to say today “manifest and ask the question” and you might end up in upper class on a virgin flight from vegas. Is she taking the piss? Most of us aren’t on a free flight from vegas to start with paid for by a company you’ve been flogging for weeks. What world are these guys in?

Claire is just genuinely too stupid to understand the risks she’s putting her kids in. There’s no depth to her at all, you can see it when she talks about anything more serious than interior design. But don’t worry, she’ll be home schooling! You can literally find her address within seconds.

This! She has said repeatedly that she didn't particularly want children, especially as they like to travel a lot. You can guarantee she's watched Claire's posts & stories about swanning round the world with 3 children and decided that it will be a complete breeze with just one. They really are morphing into one person at this point.

I can also imagine that a lot of child free women watch her for the travel/fashion/interiors content and aren't going to be impressed with watching the same woman doing the same thing but obviously aimed at those with children instead. She's bad enough spending on stuff for herself, imagine how bad it will get with a baby, especially if it's a girl! She'll just become another "yummy mummy" doing the same old thing as thousands of others. Very happy for her if it's what she really wants but it's a complete turnaround from what she's been saying about being child free for quite a long time. I think we can blame Claire's influence for that, for mainly showing the happy, sparkly bits of continuous long distance travel with children.

Hopefully she gets a nice easy baby that travels well, sleeps and eats etc. She’ll be in for shock if she thinks she can hop on a plane to Australia with a colicky baby that cries all day, everyday. Be interesting what her content becomes.

I think she needs to be a bit more tactful with how she’s talking about her pregnancy. It’s very clear it was not planned and clearly a shock, but some of her tone about how it will impact her life has been quite negative and that won’t go down well with people who are trying/can’t get pregnant. Her recent story where she keeps looking wistfully into the distance whilst explaining that a “meteor-size curveball” has put a stop to her plans for a dressing room is a bit much.

Claire used to live near me and I saw her out and about a few times. I remember seeing Quinn in a shop before I saw Claire and recognising her instantly and it made me feel really uncomfortable!

Surely her A&E doctor husband must be thinking seriously?! He comes home from a 12 hour shift seeing all kinds of trauma and she’s wanging on about how hard it is to go on holiday and be an influencer. Boo-bleeping-hoo.

I haven’t noticed her getting too much for free YET, and I do quite like her, but we will see as the baby arrives. Ourneutralground on the other hand, wow. The amount of free baby items she’s getting is knocking me sick.
