So she has said on her stories that her and Casey are soft with rox. They can't get him in a toddler bed. They tried for a day and gave up and pit him back in his cot. He is still in nappies and still has dummies. That is not being a soft parent, that is being a lazy parent. God help them when tjey have two. Basically two babies as rox will still be in his cot with a dummy and a nappy. Absolutely pathetic parenting. They should be ashamed
Not to defend Marnie and her teenage boyfriend, but isn’t Rox only 2? I don’t think that him still being in nappies at this stage is a bad thing, nor the cot. My Son is about the same age, still wears nappies and is in his crib. It’s a godsend actually as he doesn’t climb out so when we put him to bed he stays there. We’ll do a toddler bed soon, as he’s getting a sibling, but I don’t think those are both a huge deal. The dummy thing is lazy, as are about a million other lazy b things they do or don’t do with but that kid, but I do not think a 3 year old being in nappies or sleeping in a cot should be the benchmark here
My son is 2 and still has a dummy. Only at nap time and bedtime though. To be fair it ain’t shoved in his mouth 24/7 like Rox’s is he’s still in nappies though. He is in a toddler bed so guess that’s a plus

My son is 2 and has a dummy but also fine without it. He has autism so helps him stay calm when he needs it. He also bedshares but goes bed at 6 and I leave him until I go to bed. I am definirely not a lazy parent, I have a 10 month old too; I just have my hands very full and do what works for us all.
