When she was in Selfridges looking at Saint Laurent pieces and she said she liked the camel knit but because the logo on it was hard to see she liked the white better. Honestly girl get a grip. Just watched The Chanel unboxing and it’s embarrassing. The pink hat is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t know, maybe it’s a make up but she makes everything look like old lady style. Nothing looks fresh, it just looks dated on her no matter what she’s wearing. I don’t think the full face of make up helps either. Maria mentioned in some old videos that her parents work in medicine. She also mentioned that her parents paid for her university fees, accommodation and, if I remember correctly, they were giving her an allowance too.

She has also mentioned that she has never had debt, never had a credit card and has never taken out a loan. I find it hard this hard to believe though because her luxury hauls have become more frequent and extravagant since she uploaded that video..

To be able to share videos about dining and shopping like a lady of leisure you need to be pretty damn successful in a job like a CEO or a self made millionaire... I used to find her vlogs fascinating in a weird way - now they are so so repetitive, showing us the new collections in store, and what she has supposedly bought - I mean anyone can go round Selfridges photographing shoes and bags, take a Chanel carrier bag with a ribbon on it with you with any old tat inside, or something from Ali Express.

I think some of her bags are genuine, but she has an ebay page and she's trying to flog Chanel stuff on there for thousands - so I wonder if those bags are genuine ones as you do not need to authenticate on Ebay - but really it is not the place to sell Chanel - most people would go to Vestiare or Luxury Promise or Sellier or similar proper re-seller who requires authentication - so seems pretty suspect!

For someone who spends so much (apparently) on designer goods - her lifestyle doesn't really ad up, yes she eats in nice places, but i've seen her post and re-post same photos of meals in Harrys Bar for example, and most of her insta photos are of items in stores, or her pictured with a bag.
She shows only tiny bits of her home, and most of it looks like Ikea white furniture (nothing wrong with that) but it doesn't scream wealth and looks like a small apartment. People who have high disposable incomes and buy huge amounts of designer clothes/bags etc are also travelling a lot, having lots of holidays, have more than one property, have a nice car maybe with a driver, socialise with friends, family, boy friends or whatever.

I get that she wants to keep her private life private, and obviously drags her Mother and the odd friend into her vlogs, but it just makes her look even more suspect. We never see her at events, or busy places, just quiet lunches for two in nice restaurants. I agree with lots of the comments on this thread but I don't think she is nearly 40, I think she is most likely 28-32, has had really bad Botox and fillers, and does not have a proper full time job, and does something suspect. We see her arriving at stores in cabs, but how do we know she's not taken an hour train ride to get to town and then a £5 cab to go half way down a road?

All influencers show what they want, and people that do show their lives and have bigger followings such as Lydia Millen also are very dishonest and everything is smoke and mirrors and if they say it is a Hermes bag, unless you see them in the store purchasing it, it is very very easy to claim something that isn't true. There are plenty who are very deceptive, and I do not put it past people like that to vlog at a Hermes store for example and be seen walking out with an orange bag - that they came in with - with their Ali Express bag in! It really does happen i'm sure of that!

I agree. I work in finance living in Hong Kong, I rent with my bf and I have my stocks/investments on the side and I still don't spend the same way she does. I go on shopping spree every quarter and that is based on how my stocks have performed. I work almost 12 hours a day so I can only go visit the shops on weekends. I can confidently say she doesn't work in Finance nor a corporate job at all.

I am happy that someone in finance is explaining that.

I work in tech with people who make over 100k and they can't afford her lifestyle either.

So if she doesn't work in tech nor finance her money isn't coming in a legal way. Because those 2 sectors have the highest earners globally.

I saw her airport video. I cant believe how many designer items she brings with her. She puts them into an open louis vuitton book tote. then she packs all her hermes shoes (about 3-4 pairs) into an LV monogrammed luggage case. I wonder why she's not worried about someone stealing the whole suitcase. At first, i thought, well maybe she is taking a private jet or something given how much she spends every two weeks. But it looks like she is traveling in business class.

She constantly gets questions asking how she can afford all this stuff. At first, I thought, ok maybe she has a very high paying job (with a well over six figure salary). I’m quite shocked at how much she now spends. I remember when I used to follow her it seemed like she saved to afford luxury but clearly something has changed in her lifestyle. She is another luxury vlogger for me who doesn’t have any taste tbh. Most of her selections are label heavy but no actual direction in relation to her own personal taste (most likely because she doesn’t have a personal style).

I watched a video today where she was wearing a large Chanel belt, Chanel boots, Fendi bag but then made a purchase in Van Cleef & Arpels requesting a white bag so she doesn’t draw attention to herself?! The video reminded me of why I stopped watching her videos as she continuously asks SAs to drag everything out for her to come up with tired excuses of why she won’t purchase (too small, not her size, not her desired colour).
