Jesus, how old is she?! She looks like she has an ageing filter on!
Maybe mid-thirties, 35 ish? I know she gets a lot of stick from people for having a child with someone so much younger than her, but I can understand why they did, when you factor **her** age in.

Yikes. She needs to drink more water or something because she looks 45+ here.

While that would explain it happening with relative quick pace and while he is still young but doesn’t really explain her getting with someone so young in the first place especially if she wanted kids soon. Feels so weird from both their angles really.

He’s got mummy issues; she’s now got a golden ticket

Okay so gritted my teeth and watched episode 2 of Strife because I absolutely love Nina Asher Keddie. It’s just so bad. Truly cannot understand why anyone would sign up for this. Every character is a caricature of themselves. The “Indian” actress cast to so obviously be Jamila is such a cringe representation of her, obviously designed to be some kind of stab. The muddled, over stimulated, stressed out and dysfunctional “genius” they are trying to paint Mia as isn’t working, it just makes for an absolutely painful and extremely predictable watch. Absolutely nothing has happened in the entire series …how did this script get off the ground? How did the series premise even get a green light? Who is Mia paying?

just a reminder that this whole thing is written by clare and jessie stephens and their take on the world is rather caricature like
hence the tone of the show is no surprise

Oh well that doesn’t surprise me at all. No wonder it’s absolute trash

Can’t watch because I’m in the UK. Is there a Monz character? She was always my favourite in the early days of the pod!

What I can’t understand is Bruna Papandrea’s involvement. She must owe Mia a massive favour.
