I listened for about 20 minutes and it's the same rehearsed, repetitive story Mia loves to tell. She was a beauty editor! She had a miscarriage! She had a terrible time at channel 9! 8 million downloads doesn't equal 8 million individual women.

Ooh, she’s being very tricky adding up all her 50-something podcasts like that. No way do they get 8 million podcast listeners a month. The Mamamia LinkedIn says they get 7.5 million across the website, social media posts, live events and podcasts, which is a lot less impressive. A woman I follow on Instagram who has less than 200k followers just posted she had 4 million views in the last 30 days. Mia’s 8 million isn’t that impressive.
