She was an anethesatist, as was Fiona Payne I believe. God knows what they were able to bring with them in their toiletry bag! And theres a risk with any sedative, even given at the correct dose. Theres several possible scenarios associated with giving their children something to get them to sleep.
She could have simply passed away.
She could have vomited in her sleep.
She could have got up, then fallen. (Remember the star chart they had at home for Madeleine staying in her own bed!)
The McCanns and their tapas friends kept mentioning sedation, about the twins being in an unusually deep sleep etc and worrying an intruder had drugged them. Was this to cover in case she was found? It's certainly not the craziest theory!

This is the makeup photo. It was released in a montage of Madeleine style video released shortly after her disappearance by relative of the McCanns, Jon Corner. The explanation given for this photo is that madeleine was caught playing with Mummy's makeup. It was theorised that this photo was taken in PDL or at least while on some sort of holiday due to the background. It gives me chills to look at personally, it doesn't look like a happy contented child at all, certainly not a candid 'look madeleine found mummy's makeup!' style photo. Its as though she's been posed like this, the makeup applied for her, etc.

What’s on her head top left? Is it someone’s hand/fingers, like positioning/holding her head? Or just something in her hair?

Why has it been hushed up that they visited another bar outside the complex on the Tuesday night without the children? One of the Mark Warner members of staff had to go and find them at midnight because Madeleine was crying for over an hour.

if it happened why would it be hushed up and by whom and for what reason?
