I was thinking the same thing. She's the only one who hasn't, so I'm guessing either a study book or a travel book is coming. I grew up on Wattpad, and I support the idea that everyone should write if they want to write, but most YouTubers' books have just been money grabs.
That's just my personal take and it's not based on anything in particular but they seem so out of sync in terms of their interests, personalities, general style etc. Chemistry doesn't reflect on camera, on what she chooses to show at least. I'm curious how they've started dating. Feels like she's molded herself into his vibe.

I could not believe she was paying that much for her room, but indeed she is. I googled her dorm and, girl… CBS is scamming you! Even the other dorms are much nicer, closer and cheaper.
Private accommodation (sharing a flat with someone), closer to her Uni than where she lives now, is at least 1000DKK cheaper.
I lived in CPH as well, all self-funded after working for a year, and it is an expensive city, but I survived! There are cheaper supermarkets than the one she goes, cheaper swimming pools than the one she goes, cosy independent coffee shops, not the chain one she goes, and of course I didn’t dream of going across the city to the most expensive yoga store to buy an overpriced mat.

Veganism is a massive way of restriction for her, probably one of reasons she was attracted to the childish boyfriend as he is a vegan and when she is with him, its easy to restrict. She is in an extremely privileged position spending at least £350 per week on living costs, she can afford private support if need be, and doesnt even bother to link Beat or a similar resource guiding vulnerable impressionable viewers on loosing their periods. She doesn't truly want to help others at all, its purely clickbait content for an AD to allow her to life her luxury life.

I really like Lydia. She seems so grounded and down to earth. Dreadful taste in men though - I think the 2 boyfriends she has shown look so rough compared to her.

Watching her newest video and I feel like she has fallen into the trap that a lot of influencers her age have especially studytubers. She was talking about how when interviewing with a potential client she didn't have any stats/KPIs ready to showcase her work and that she was struggling to remember her own stats off of the top of her head. These are things that every undergraduate student should learn before they graduate. Even if you aren't a freelancer you need to be able to present your resume or portfolio in a way that is meaningful and ideally with numbers. Influencers often skip this step in adulting because they have been running their own channel and they never think they need to develop the skills to get a job or run a proper business while the money is flowing. Lydia's channel has declined and now if she wants the money to keep rolling in she has to help other people run their social media, but she doesn't even know how to present herself properly to clients. It's so foolhardy to boast about being an influencer for 8 years and not have your own portfolio or website showcasing your work.

Sid mustn’t be short of a few £££ to be paying for these flights every other week! I’d have never have passed uni if I was spending weekends jetting off to see my partner rather than doing work/readings/essays.

I agree! She seems to be pretty high up on cloud nine right now and we all know that rarely ends well (especially with that guy. I am sorry but I get terrible vibes off him).
If they break up while she's in Copenhagen she will at least have lots of distractions. Don't think I know anyone who went on a year abroad who studied at all. All they did was party, sightseeing and party more. But what will happen when she comes back and all her friends are gone? That is going to be a different story.

It was a bit of a grey area though for students who are out of halls though, especially since private lets and things like that aren't easily stopped or cancelled. Tbh I don't judge any student who's made the choice to go back, even if it's against the rules, because we've been continually shafted by the government and forgotten.
