Our razor and Amazon flogging luxe influencer has made it onto the front pages of national media! Stooping to her camera in a stained dressing gown she has ensured her Vlogmas starts with a bang.
* The heating has broken down in the Bunga. It's a shame the "staff" ( heating engineers to us) aren't as responsive as the decorators.
* In a completely tone deaf flex Lidl posted on TikTok that she was going to check in to London hotel, the Savoy, to make use of their hot water.
* Tiktok erupted with people commenting about the energy crisis and that they are struggling between feeding themselves or heating their homes.
* There are now countless more TikToks addressing this to add to the equestrian ones.
* Lidl was up all night replying to comments but saying that she lives in a different reality added fuel to the flames.
* The MGs were headed to the Savoy anyway...nothing to do with heating. They have a contract with the hotel so #gifted. The hotel was expecting them, as the pillow cases were embroidered L and A.

I don't think she's that smart or strategic.
She wanted to show off her wealth online, per usual, pretending she was paying for a suite herself at The Savoy due to lack of heating and hot water.
However, she did not anticipate this backlash because she's a moron.
She has delusions of grandeur and her whole channel is the illusion of riches.
From her cosplay to shooting, pretending to own a horse, Hermes bags in every shot and now this.
However, she's so fucking stupid and self-immersed she didn't think nor care how it would come off to others.
She never does.
She's lost all sense of reality, is beyond narcissistic and clearly, has no emotional intelligence.
There is nothing wrong if one is financially wealthy.
It's the lack of humility and discretion, blatantly rubbing people's faces in it, right when this very issue is affecting so many in the UK.
She is the architect of her own demise.
She's literally canceling herself and I'm here for it.

Long time lurker (to the point I forgot my Tattle account and had to make a new one), but I just HAD to jump on this thread as this has been bubbling for way too long now and that Tiktok was the final straw.
I have followed Lydia for years. Absolute years. I liked her because she had a similar body type to me (minus the boob job lol), and I didn't really have any problems with her back then. She seemed average. Average upbringing. Watford to Milton Keynes, nothing fancy, just a normal girl trying to make it as a blogger.
So this jump into pretending to be old money is MADNESS. It's like she's playing a character and is so deranged into believing her own lies she doesn't even notice what she's doing anymore. The thing about coming from money is that most people know it's extremely ugly to flaunt it, tacky in fact. Most old money people are actually very very discreet and know not to rub people's noses in it. That's where Lydia is hugely hugely confused. Yes, Lydia, you have money you have made yourself, I applaud you for that, but please don't make out you are some Tatler-reading, tweed-wearing toff from generations of money, where everything in life is 'spectacular' and 'exquisite'. Find some new goddamn adjectives woman. You are playing a character, but your acting isn't up to par, sweetie.
So obviously the Tiktok absolutely infuriated me. Does she not remember being that average girl from Milton Keynes? Is she really that lost in her lies she can't see sense anymore? I knew she was out of touch these days but this is taking it to a new level. My partner said clearly it's a publicity stunt for more attention and followers but I just don't think I agree. She already has 1 million IG followers, she already gets gifted hotel stays every week, she already has the Hermes handbags. I honestly think there is no other explanation other than her true colours finally coming out in their ugliest and grossest form yet. This was waiting to happen and I am so glad it has.

I like Lydia, and I really want to chime in but I don’t want to bully. She is entitled to her own reality, but it’s important to always be kind and considerate of your surroundings. You read the room and act accordingly. You might be doing something exciting, but if it’s insensitive, maybe keep it to yourself?
She’s lost it entirely and it’s ripped the scale of offensive now. The worst part is I, like I’m sure many others, would love to start dialogue as to why the tone can be seen as jarring but she has been life coached into believing everything she does that’s off, or tone deaf is simply not her problem

I always think if you need to flaunt wealth online you seek validation from strangers either because you don’t get any in your relationship or you need it to survive. Either way it’s utterly embarrassing and actually a massive danger to her safety, she’s very vocal and open about where she lives and all her expensive things, so was molly mae until someone broke into her house and robbed her of everything
