The first time I ever saw it written like that was a woman I used to work with saying she's having a date night for the first time in months and said 'and hopefully it'll end in seggs' (

Well I guess if she lives alone, and as we are in lockdown, she’s probably not going to be around many people at the moment? I just can’t warm to her at all. She just seems desperate for attention and like she’s just got a massive chip on her shoulder about everything in life and like she’s constantly waiting to have a scrap with someone.... I don’t really understand why she’s even in the public eye - she was on the xfactor years ago and hasn’t had any commercial success with her music whatsoever.....

It is odd. In her interview it says that Simon had told Lucy that he’d been ‘thinking about her a lot all these years’ or something similar, and yet he hadn’t even bothered to contact her until very recently. Despite it happening on his show. He might not have been judging at the time but he was still exec producer. I think its an attempt to keep her on side.
