I don’t think the Ryan and Scarlett scenario is worth discussing, he quite clearly sees his daughter regularly and I feel like a lot of this discussion is just nitpicking. My dad moved away when I was little a couple of years after my parents split up, similar distance to Ryan and Scarlett - I saw him far less than they see each other and I don’t resent him for it, as I got older (and I said previously) I chose to spend more time at my mums and friends.. we only see snippets of the time they spend with each other and even those snippets never make me think ‘omg he never sees her!’ It’s a typical blended family scenario.

Whether it gets worse or not when the 3rd baby arrives who knows but Lucy definitely doesn’t need to be moving to Manchester to suit Ryan

Yes changed my opinion too. As previous posters have said there are many that would document every minute of that. Seems she put her phone down was present and focused on her baby. Absolutely horrendous. I can’t imagine how scary that would have been. Thank goodness he is home and ok

Yes turns out it’s Abu Dhabi!! I suggested Dubai before i saw her post. Quiet a similar place I imagine; although I’ve not been to either!

makes me laugh that she is giving advice on how to cope with a toddler on a flight, when she is in business class and has her own bed to herself slightly different for most of us Lucy!!

I'm really surprised how she isn't promoting his walk everyday. Especially when other celebrities and his own mum are going on the walks with him for support and sharing it all over their Instagram to help raise money. She's all about fitness so surely she could walk some of the way with him. Seems very selfish to me and not at all supportive

So I wasn’t the only one thinking it. I don’t think for a moment he wasn’t I’ll but think it was exaggerated and used for the gram.

If she'd exaggerated it and used it for the gram, surely she'd have been posting throughout? Updates on his daily condition, a dramatic post the day after explaining what had happened. She did the right thing and kept the strangers in her phone out of it until they knew he was okay.

I actually think she's played it down, for what it was. A post about what happened with a push to the charity, a follow-up post explaining his condition a bit further, and now she's back to posting his dinners and calling him the King. Business as usual.

I still think she's a knob, but I think she's handled it pretty well for someone whose every word will get picked up and spun into a huge article by the Daily Mail.

I actually have a new found respect for Lucy. She could've so easily used what happened to Roman for content like many of the other influencers but she didn't. She stayed offline to concentrate on her child and then only told the world when she was ready.

She's definitely made mistakes in the past but hasn't we all? I do believe that this incident has changed her and we might see a different side to her. The donation she gave to the charity was absolutely commendable.

I just think there’s such double standards in society for men vs women, dads vs mums. If the birth mother behaved like that as opposed to the father, people would be up in arms, mother moving away from her child, not seeing them very consistently or regularly, clearly more interested in being a celebrity, yet there are people on this thread saying it’s ok for dads to move away and not see their kids that much like it’s chill / expected of dads. If Tina was like that with Scarlett people would be hugely complaining but because we are talking about the Dad it’s nitpicking. It’s not about them in particular it’s just irritating that that’s clearly how groups in general think in our society. Dads can come and go but mums are selfish for doing basically anything.
